So I just bought this and love it. I was really just looking for a case for my DN-X600 mixer, and this is perfect for it but comes with a little extra. Someone below said there's no room for sound card, etc, this is true, but the DNX600 has an internal sound card, so one less piece of equipment. This is what I fit in it: 15 macbook pro, DNX600, all cables, laptop charger, akai lpd8. Depending on your hard drive, you could fit one in the padded pockets. Perfect for my needs. Not sure: continued.
Not sure why the website says this would fit a DNX1700 or other 4 channel mixers; the dnx600 fits perfectly in the large compartment, so that doesn't seem right. Diggin this case though, fits lots of shit and is still compact. Headphones don't fit depending on what kind you have and if you have a case for them. I have a laptop stand that have to carry in a backpack anyways, so no problem putting headphones in there.
novation twitch will fit in it ? twitch size seems beetween vci 300 and s4 so i am not quite sure.. thanks keep up the good vids and i am planning the made the purchase over your ebay account
@RememberMichaelJacks We don't believe so, at least not according to Odyssey's website. However you could easily Scotchguard them. They are very rugged. Some of our staff has been using these now since the Redline series was launched and they do a great job.
@fcWolf1995 No, it won't unfortunately. But check out the video we just shot at NAMM for the new Redline bag designed for the S4. It's a BRLDIGITALXL. Thanks.
@djselarom The S4 will fit in the BRLDIGITALXL only, and our first shipment of those is still scheduled for the end of this month according to Odyssey. The S4 will also fit in the UDG U8011BL (type "UDG S4" into the search field of agiprodj.com). Thanks.
@KennyStyles A mixer like the TTM57SL would be difficult to fit in the backpack (Backspin). It might fit, but the buttons/knobs might be vulnerable to damage without something like a Decksaver on it, which by then it would be too big. Not sure what you mean about the water resistant cover. We do have the UDG line of bags, stay tuned on a video for that.
2 q's: 1-can you fit that denon dn-x600 mixer in the backspin backpack? 2-are you gonna post a video about the efx section of the denon dn-x600? thanks for the vids/help.
@DjPhaaREAL The DN-X600 won't fit in the BACKSPIN (just tried it), but it does fit in the BRLDIGITAL. Not exactly an ideal bag for it, but it does work. Thanks for the video idea on the EFX section of the X600. We'll get it done soon!
@agiprodj Do you have a suggestion on a bag for the DNX600? I'm looking for a bag mainly for protecting that mixer, but preferably one that would hold a 15" laptop, headphones, LPD8, cables, and odyssey lstandm as well.
1 Question: Does the backspin have enough space to hold vinyl (like control vinyl)? The UDG bags don't ;(
I have a UDG Producer bag, and I honestly am not satisfied with it... I was highly considering replacing it with a Headliner bag, but this new redline series now has me torn....
@DjPc3 Yes, vinyl will fit just fine in the BRLBACKSPIN. Best place for it is in that first section closest to your back. It's padded on both sides and fits vinyl perfectly.
*Also, there is no place for an external hard drive.
*No place for the bulkier soundcards.
*No place for the power supply of the laptop.
*And of course, as you said, there is no place for headphones.
Obviously, a DJ didn't design the BRLDIGITAL. Nobody DJs with only a controller and laptop. You need all of the other stuff mentioned, too, at a minimum.
Will Numark Mixtrack pro fit?

@agiprodj Will the scotchguard be a one time spray and then it will work forever? or is it like a 1 coat a day thing?
