the reason i didnt show the sprites used is cause i get a prob with utube and sum times it says "were sorry this video is no longer available" so i read the description which didnt say the rules but sed the cats.

no, because Charmander is a basic pokemon. Babies you can only get from breeding or from the Trophy Garden. The baby pokemon are: bonsly,happiny,budew,mantyke,p­ichu,cleffa,igglybuff,and togepi and azurill.
