@loystloystloyst ... lol exactly what I was thinking ... I reckon she was giving him them, "I'll suck your d**k looks" if you get me a part in Voyager ... LMAO
@Leewise1... Absolutely agree with you, she's really annoying. I wonder if she was even listening to his response, she kept agreeing before he even fishing his sentences.
no offence to robert when i say this cos hes a great guy and i respect him alot but hes alot bigger than he was in voyager! hes turning out like elvis!
@trema006 Your metabolism slows down a little each year so as you get older it's harder to stay in shape. His eating habits will be the same as they always were. By the time you get to his age you have to really work to keep the same shape.
You mean he was even fatter before? Cuz he is at least twice the size here as when he was in season 1 of Voyager. No disrespect to him, he was my favorite character. I felt bad for his character too. Picked on way too much by people, even though sometimes I felt he was totally selfish towards B'elanna who he was soooo lucky to have as his love (Talkin about Paris). He helped make this show great.
I wouldn't say twice the size, but he's older now. I mean, he's 14 years older now since the 1st season. He was a little bit heavier and I honestly didn't like his beard at all, but he's better now.
Great video! He looks a lot better (and younger!) since cutting his hair and shaving that beard he was sporting the last couple years. The long hair and beard thing was really making him look old. He looks great now! Very easy on the eyes! :)
I wish him all the best with his directing career. He seems very committed and dedicated to it.
I can understand it's safer that way cuz sadly usually people who get trek roles are often typecasted afterwards and it gets really hard to get different or other roles aftewards. I call it the "Doohan Trap". Cuz Doohan was one of the worst typecasted trek actors. Poor guy. So directing is safer. Smart thing also for LeVar Burton too, whom we all know is a totally underrated actor but producers will always see him as Geordi La Forge and no one else. They're all such great and underrated actors
Your absoluty and totaly right. I absalutly Robert Duncan McNeill loved him in Voyager. And he will always be Tom Paris for me. (Tom and B'elanna are my favorite part of Voyager , I thought that they were really cute ^_^). Dean Cain had problems getting other jobs after he played superman for four years and I still think that everyone who has seen him as superman doesn't see him as any one else. Being labaled as one thing can be really hard on acters later carrers.
The interviewer needs to shut up, quit saying 'mhm' every couple seconds and let the man talk. Nobody cares if the blonde grasps what he's saying.

OH MY GOD CAN THAT FUCKING INTERVIEWER STOP FUCKING "umm hmm"ing and "right"ing...
She IS actually paying attention because she does comment back every so often. But Jeez... she is so annoying while he's speaking.

Haha so true.
She reminded me of those miniature dolls on car dashboards that shake their heads accordingly on a bumpy ride lol

Love love love this guy. He and B'elanna got me hooked into Voyager. And I love any episode of any show that he's ever directed. Extremely talented.
