Amazing... French films are the best foreign films. 400 blows, Breathless, Le Samourai, Les Diaboliques, Rififi, The wages of Fear are all classic films. La Nouvelle Vague is also the richest of all film periods, better than the German Expressionism and Italian Neo-realism.

Documentaries on the French New Wave are nearly impossible to find. Thank you for your informative and visually entertaining effort.

That's okay though. Was it a project for a French language course? Oddly enough, I am taking such a course myself and there is videotaped "presentation" assignment in my course also. I still enjoyed yours very much.

It was indeed for a French language course, a senior year final project at that. (imagine the kind of precedent it sets when this is the first presentation to go! everyone else practically gave up after this screened...) good luck on your presentation, though. i'm certain it'll be great.

I will do my best. I will most likely try to make a fictional film out of the requirements, if possible. You should pursue this kind of documentary work.
