I've just dug out the 7" vinyl and thought 'this has to be the first real trance track, I'll stick it on you tube' but I've obviously been beaten many times! Incredible when you think about it. Did anyone hear this at the Hacienda?

I first heard this on Granada Reports, Tony Wilson invited loads of ravers onto the show and they had a big argument about drugs with some older people. Towards the end of the show he got all the young ravers on the floor, smoke and lights came out of nowhere and the DJ slapped this song on the decks, it was about 89-90, i was 14, and i thought it was was the best thing i had ever seen.

It still sounds great today, just a quality tune

At a 'Positivity' night at The Academy in Plymouth (Union Street) back in Xmas 1990, Sasha played this track at the very end+did the most unbelievable mix ever by mixing 'Nothing compares to you' by Sinead O'connor over the top of it. Fucking amazing. Positivity 2 i believe. What a mix. That was when it used to be fully loved up. He also played a version of 'Long train running' by the doobie brothers but with a female vocal+he played 'Temptation' by Corinna. Top tunes.
