GH was golden then and in some ways, still is today. Emily actually made Nikolas a decent person--the way Nikolas has degenerated since her death proves that. I still want Emily to come back (I really wanted Rebecca to be Emily, even after I started to like Rebecca). If Emily did return, maybe this obssession with Elizabeth (the Cassadine side coming out) would end!
NEM are the most romantic couple I have ever scene on TV. Honestly, you don't get old fashion, romantic love like this...even when they are drinking champagne with rose petals around them, it's never corny with this couple. It just fits them, old fashioned romance!
I miss Emily sooo much it's almost like she was a real person... kinda sad I know... I just hate that the actress is back as this evil twin. it ruined the Nik/Emily relationship for me. these are the times I miss.

Courtney eventually ends up hiding to get away from Helena, and Nik and Jax who are fighting over her at this point.
Courtney ends up sick and in GH where she has her baby. Jax confesses that he tampered with the paternity tests. Courtney dies before she can tell Nik.
Eventually Nik finds out, assumes custody and renames the baby "Spenser".
I agree totally. Not giving Nik and Em a baby together is one of the big mistakes the GH writers made with that couple (I never could understand why he had the affair with Courtney--not true to the character at all).
So what do you think of Nikolas and Nadine?
They make me want to gag. I keep hoping Em will be brought back (hey, this is soapland, where anything is possible).
