get a rhapsody account and an 8 gig mini sd card. i am really happy with this. i can store any music on my phone from rhapsody without having to outright buy the music. you do have to pay a subscription to rhapsody but the 15 bucks a month for virtually everything out there is totally worth it. plus you can listen on your home computer (recommend running it through a real stereo). otherwise you have to just plug your phone into the computer via the usb cable, and open up usb mass storage in the

tools menu on your phone and your computer should recognize your phone. then its simply just transfering music like you would any other mp3 player, open the music folder on computer as well as on your phone(via computer) and just drag and drop. rhapsody, man i tell ya, its worth it. you like music? you'll love rhapsody.

yeah theres a v06, i recently took my lg dare to verizon, hooked it up took 30min.

picked up my phone, checked it after i left and it was still on v05 wtf ?

gonna go to a diff verizon store and get it updated to v06.

connect ur phone with the usb cable to ur computer. on ur phone go to.. settings and tools - tools - USB mass storege. then on ur computer go to.. my computer - removable disk or click open folder files if a window appears.. and put ur music in the folder 'my music' dont put the whole folder, hope it helps

ftr echoing isn't necessarily a system or product defect but could be due to either a) lack of a strong connection from either you or the other person you're talking to or b) a lag in verizon's network. Same concept with echoes on online games.

OTA isn't utilized on the dare. The firmware update files are too big to do OTA.

I think its as good or even better.

Iphone uses capacitive feedback. Dare uses hepatic feedback. Iphone is much more responsive than the Dare.

I did a video review of v06 version so if lg dare knight accepts it you'll be able to see it and where to get it

FYI you can not upgrade it no other way then going to the verizon store, any other way of doing it is a violation if your verizon TOS and may void any warrenty's

just go to the store and ask them if they have the update for the dare and if they do thats great and all upgrades from verizon are free they wont charge you the only thing is that you have to wait for like and hour so just get the update hope that helped

The computer taht they use for the flashing of phones can sometimes be outdated in terms of new arrivals of firmware. If they say that V06 is not in the computer, ask them nicely to restart it or to refresh their systems.
