Very well done despite the slippery floor and discomfort you faced. I think you should sit on the bench and still use an extender even though that's a bit of a hassle. Looking at your performance, the piano is a little too high for you. Putting you feet flat on the pedal extender will also help you to keep your balance especially when you are reaching for the far away notes. In any case, that was very nice!

She plays with beautiful tone , control, and sensitivity. At these young ages, it is difficult to be stable when using the pedal, because if she were not using the pedal, she would have something under her feet? It is true , fancy dresses are slippery, but the important thing is that Sabrina was totally unaffected and continued her 5 * performance. Brava!

Yes, Sabrina uses a little stool under her feet when she practices piano at home. Maybe we should try to use the pedal extenders?

Perhaps she's at that in between height at which the pedal extenders are too high, but not using them affects her balance.

Ha ha, our little heroine has added a new dimension to the art of piano playing; it is called the " Sabrina slip and slide." You have to execute it without missing a note and look darn cute at the same time.

Yeah, I think the bench was too far back for her height, and the posh frock was silky and slippery. Love the piece, full of the color, bustle, and mystery of a eastern market place. So proud of your progess and congratulations!!!

Sabrina was actually not nervous walking up to play the piano. It was just very hard for her to keep herself from slipping off the piano bench while keep playing the piece....
