Yes it is pd. the 2012 jetta tho is Cr (common rail) which is more efficient and quieter. I would love a 2012 jetta still il stick with my 2007 jetta.

6k RPMS? You must have a upgraded cam and a fully built head for the most part. The induction sound past 5200 sounds unreal for a TDI, or it was the waste gate opening.

@alexas854 runs awesome! :) the engine is ASV? how is your torque in low rpm? I have the ASV myself in my 2000 ibiza, tuned to 230hp 450nm, it's blown by a hybrid turbo and I have to say the turbo lag in 1000-2000rpm is really noticeable. Might wanna try to switch to a stock turbo from a larger engine (such as you did). The question is: will it bring anything else than a bit more hp and torque in high rpms?
