"big people"? We are OBESE people. We don't fit in the machines. We have high blood pressure. Our weight prevents us from any impact exercises. You did a good job. Swimming is the best thing. I wish you would have explained what is wrong with walking.
very goood, this video should have more hits... if you can put up something about food and nutrition. also i am in the uk, asian, so curry and rice is a problem, if you can do something on how to lessen the calories in a controlable manner?? there no videos out there for asian or indian peoples diet. as we are a people that have curry and rice. Thank you.
@chilled324 Steer clear of the rice and carbs. Cut those out as much as possible, stick to high-fat, moderate protein, low carb, and you will begin to lose. I would recommend checking out Why We Get Fat (and What to do About It) by Gary Taubes.
Oh hai! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie got really defined Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.
Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got amazing Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
dude.. i am 20 yr old man ...228.8lbs. 6 ft tall.I live in Nepal,....here we eat rice, curry n cereal soup for our lunch n dinner both...can u advice me sum nutrition tips...hw can i adjust to my meal n sum exercise techniques...n i really wanna burn fats on my chest coz it really embarrassed me....plz reply me asap me on youtube itself or zorbalive@gmail.com
@maharcmj I'm fat as hell (6'5, 298 lbs) and I don't know much about the nutrition yet, but one of my new, close buds is actually a professional trainer and he advised me to stay away from rice and really any starch that can be dyed; even wheat bread! Cereals as well. Don't know if these are carbs (sorry, I'm half asleep) or not, but I'll definitely ask for you and get back to you later! Cheers!
@Shaprika :thanks a lot......so here's d scenario..i can't stop eatin rice coz it's wht we hav 4 lunch n dinner here in Nepal...but i cud really use some exercise technique to lose some weight fast...specially the chest fat it really embarrasses me...
I used to be active but never in-shape. Then when I was in my 20s, I had a 'series of unfortunate events' :j I got where I could no longer walk. I'm out of my wheelchair.and beginning to be able to.walk slowly for short bursts.
Try not to say 'fat', tho. We know we are, and we're already ashamed. I just found out a couple days ago about doing 'squats' by repeatedly getting off and on the couch, so that was good. I'm not able to walk briskly to park. What else can I do?
... dear weight loss educators.. i seriously think i have a food addiction.. even when i am not hungry i find myself mindlessly eating... i feel like i can't control it... i know what i am putting into my body is bad but i can't seem to put it down.. its hard to stay stocked up on only healty food seeing i live with my mom dad and younger brother... i'm 21 years old, female and have a gym membership.. i try to go at least three times a week but sometimes i can't seem to muster up the courage ...
@ThinThinking I bought a 3 year membership last year and I've only gone to the gym for a grand total of about 6 times in a whole year XD
What I've found that curbs your urges (and appetite) drastically is 1. Drink warm water before/ after eating.
& 2. Eat with your less dominant hand. If you're a lefty, eat with your right hand. You'll eat a bit less and less, but you have to be conscious about your foods and need some willpower as well! Cheers!!
Hi hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father lost a ton of weight with it.
ive been "fat" for as long as i can remember, i don't like saying chubby, big boned, etc, because i know im fat and whats the point in sugar coating it. i really want to lose weight but sometimes i just hit that wall where your muscles start hurting and i dont want to exercise any more. im 270 lbs now, and i know if i dont do something about it then i'll get fatter. the biggest problem is that mental hurdle to push past my own limitations.
im 250lbs..and im 20...i quit smoking a year ago and i used to be 225-230..and i would like to lose some weight..started to eat a lot since I quit..id like to lose about 100lbs
@AliciaFr33ksh0w i'm around 256lbs and the highest weight i've been was around 270lbs. I'm also 20 and i know what a struggle it is to weigh this much at such a young age. i can't remember a time that i was at normal weight. i was born fat, grew up fat and now i'm aging fat. i too like you am wanting to lose around 100lbs. You just got to hang in there and have hope My biggest motivation is i buy a few clothes that are a few sizes smaller so that i can see what i want and strive to achieve it
Oh hai, awesome video. Have you tried Intellectus 424 diet (Simply google that) It should be free ebook. The results are outstanding! I lost all my fat easy and quickly.
hi guys......i m weighing 220 lbs but i can run upto 3 to 4 kms without stopping at jogging pace.....i mean i fell like a normal weighing person while i am playing or jogging....so is it a matter to worry about my weight....please help me by replying.....thanks
@111KHANS Many top athletes such as pro football players who are in incredible shape weigh over 200lbs dont go by a number get your body mass index checked ...you might be in great shape and weigh 220lbs
@111KHANS 220 means nothing. you may have a lot of muscle mass. Now I'm 185 and I'm like 55 lbs over weight. It only means something if you're overweight. and you can calculate how much you're supposed to weigh.
I've lost so much weight and still have so far to go, I know I need to move more, I have a heart condition at 32 and because of that exercise scares me but what scares me more Is not doing it.
Finally an approach that is simplified and understanding of the difficulties the really obese have when trying to change for the better. I started with bike riding and making small changes that now are snow balling into a whole new me.
I'm so glad he mentioned knees. I'm fat, 25, and my knees hurt. I've tried running, but it causes severe knee pain. Fellow hefties: try biking. Biking is quite easy on the knees and quite strenuous as well.
I feel you on that. I'm coming up on 30 and I've had knee trouble for 15 years. I'm doing Leslie Sansone and its a REAL workout (I hustle), but my knees aren't too stressed.
the part about getting up and sitting down on a chair if your realy overweight is not quite good for the joints, now is it? Although I agree on the movement part. Swimming is a great way to train your entire body too. Just ignore nasty remarks from other people, think of your goals!
Thank you. I had a tough time getting started, finally got a workout at home solution (Beachbody) and lost 63 pounds. Following you on Twitter..... good luck!
