It was a logitech quickcam, so maybe there is an upgraded webcam now that has the same features? I bought my webcam a while back, so I'm sure it's been upgraded.

Your refresh rate is terrible, its as if your streaming this over the internet and having it recorded and uploaded from there...
If your webcam itself is simply that cruddy then you seriously need to go to walmart and spend $30
Oh and every new webcam thats sold that I know of comes with software on cd's that adds those effects over your webcam...
