Nakata-san handles everything for Capsule, but the singing. He writes, arranges and produces the music, as well as playing many of the instruments on them and even designing the CDs and and directing the videos. He's also the mastermind behind Nagisa Cosmetic, Coltemonikha and the other Contemode recording artists. Quite the auteur, especially since he's just in his mid-20s.

Yes they do perform live, usually clubs.I saw them in Japan recently. Not sure if they tour internationally much though.
