Individual birds don't "get strength" by breaking out of their eggs. It's the species as a whole that becomes stronger when chicks who are too weak to free themselves die, removing their genes from the population.
In a controlled breeding situation, where the weak and sickly aren't allowed to reproduce anyway, there's no reason not to help a chick hatch if you want to.
You shouldn't be helping the bird to hatch. This is how they get all their strength. It's the hardest thing they'll have to do in their life, and if they don't do it, they won't be strong enough and may die. I understand that sometimes they do die during this process, so it's okay if you help them after they've been trying for a long time, but they shouldn't be helped if they are perfectly fine getting out on their own. >.>
@0TheDreamState0 its in some kind of breeding centre or zoo so it has to be done and it isnt really going to need that strenght in captivity and like the discription says the eggs are normmally made softer by being rolled around by the mother but in an incubator that wont happen so it probably would get out otherwise
Yes, the shell is very hard. In the wild the shells thin as the eggs are bumped into each other and rolled by the hen. That doesn't happen in the incubator.
What song is this? Do you know where I can get a download of the EXACT song? :D
