What about Obama taking the political risk by giving those Seals their orders?
As Brandon Web Author of SEAL Sniper put it on CNN today, The thanks for Capt. Phillips rescue begins at the top with President Obama the Commander in Chief who gave those Seals their marching orders. How Capt Phillips could have left him out, puzzles me... Unless he's a Racist!
hey..kenya has suffered more from somali instability than other natios around east africa.remember the influx of guns from somalia civil war were used to kill our precious wildlife during 90s and these guns were weapons of choice by thugs in nairobi.eastleigh is still a depot for supplying weapons from somali. and who can forget the influx of somalis bribing their way to kenyan passports and them migrating to west claiming to be kenyans. they expect others to take care of them..
Yes thats true that countries in the East African community should band together and work in stabilizing Somalia......but also countries like Egypt have a big task because if this continue.....most shipping countries will opt for an alternate route and opt not to travel to the Eastern part of Africa therefore completely avoiding the suze canal.....which i assume would reduce earnings to the North African country......this should be handled by the AU.....Gaddafi you reading this.
The international community is reaping the price of letting a country fail....thats why America can't affford to let Afghanistan or Iraq fail.....it becomes a long term security issue
This is going to be a major nightmare for the Kenyan community if nothing is done about the pirates.......the Kenyan community will pay for it in higher prices in imported goods or domestic goods produced with imported components...and everyday the Somali government fails to protect its waters...the burden will be pushed more and more to the Kenyan government ultimately to the Kenyan people in the form of higher taxes plus higher cost of products.....
The solution Countries in East Africa work together to stabilise somalia. You cant ignore the fire that is burning your Neighbour. If you Kenya thought messing around with somalia was good then they can reap the benefits of their dirty involvement in somalia. DONT tell me kenya was involved in Somalia de-estabalisation coz I witnessed the shipping of weapons in to somalia from Kenya in 1989.
put down the khat and stop blaming others for constantly shooting yourselves in the foot since the begining of time!the situation in somalia is of your own making so pls stop trying to share the blame with others,it is YOU doing the looting, shooting, raping, pilaging, piracy etc NOT outsiders.ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR FOOLISLH,DESTRUCTIVE,THOUGHTLESS ACTIONS!! you are 100% responsible
