well i used a powertab file. search powertab on google and download it legally for free. then use ultimate guitar website and find the powertab file :)

oh and to make the most of this solo yeh take into account what alagoetz said, it needs backing to sound better, and if u play this precisely alongside the track fall to pieces it basically fits on top and my timing without even a drumbeat is pretty spot on tbh, and THAT is hard to do with no other instruments helping u, even for the best of guitarists

that was a really good cover. but it is a really simple song though. but just a note. if you want to get a good guit, maybe a gibson lespaul, you can in no time. I worked my ass off for a month and a half during my school break and now i am soothing my ears everynight after 3 years of yamaha noise.

just wanna make a few points clear to my video before any1 repeats comments.

1 - gtar in flat tuning, as with the recording, hence not out of tune.

2 - yes a crap guitar, bought 2nd hand when i started out. slash started playing gtar which didnt even have 6 strings. n hes a school dropout, whereas im a uni undergraduate :p

3 - i never sed i was a gd gtarist and i dont fink i am, i just play what i like the sound of and like to play and would like to see if others are like me :)

you need to keep your thumb either in the middle behind the neck or over the top of the neck, it would sound better if you had a guitar with humbuckers as well

ooo 2 comments from slashnumberonefan. lol i didnt see the need to use it on this solo, since its not very complicated. but i cud do with a better quality amp and better gtar tbh. this was played on the first gtar i ever bought for £80 n 2nd hand n my amp was only roun £65 so sorry if its not up to pro standards every1 but im only 17, wot can a guy do if he aint got rich parents?
