Ethnography for design: Handicapped aboard Plane

Through this video I have learnt a little about Design Anthropology and feel very inspired. I have been considering studying Occupational Therapy as a way to enable me to empower and support others with social and physical differences. This film opened my mind up to further ways that one can do this through understanding the 'user experience' of those with disabilities and then search for avenues to enable these people a fair experience without the necessity of depending on others.
