Actually that is not true. I play sax and my band director never told me to switch it to my side. I but smack dab in the middle of my legs. It's just based on how comfortable you feel when you play.

Btw-- The alto saxophone does not need to be played at the side, for easier access to keys. Plus, its not that big that i needs to be at ones side.

learn to walk before you can run. His technical skills are something, with alot of work you'll achieve in 6 months. And his tone (although its worse on recording) i believe sounds pretty incredible. So i'd practice something a little easier if i were you.

When you breath, take in more air, and that will help the tone quality of your playing, also, when you warm up before playing, you should hiss for 16 counts, the first time take in breath for 4 counts, then the second time for 1 count, but take in the same ammount of air for the 1 count breath. Very well done though.

well i dont have the sheet music for it but i started the song with a D E E F#__G F# E D E F#__ and etc but with that you can just play around with it and find out how to play the song pretty quickly.

oh and "__" means to hold the note so in this case it would be the F# :P
