I think that the zones are programmed supervisory non-latching and that each zone activates a seperate bell circuit. The Fireshield 10 zones has for NAC circuits
The reason why the panel dose not latch is because there is no alarm relay because it is a booster panel. Its a bad comparison to an annuciator but that's is kind of how it is hope that answers your question.
