good point about THE moment VS ANY moment. I wonder, is the defintion of "the" moment in the eyes/mind/perception of the individual. NOt sure but it's an interesting question I think
Hey is there a rule that stuff has to fit YOUR definition of good? who knows what that is? Is ther a place I can go to see your work? Not saying I THINK this stuff is good...just sayaing it takes some courage to get out on the street and THEN put your work out for the world to see and pick on. Maybeit woudl be better if you pointed out what it is you don't like, then this guy might just learn something. Anwyay .love to see some of YOUR work ilykapple...
pjwilsonx don't let these classless amateurs get you down. No one here is Henri Cartier Bresson or Garry Winogrand. The moment we start thinking we know it all about photography is the moment we forget the true intent of the craft...to capture the world through our own unique eye. Keep up the good work my friend.
Ignore all the negative comments, I've looked at their accounts & not seen any professional how to do it vids. You got some brave shots whilst using your depth-of-field very well. Some staged shots but hey, that's variety. Street Photography is made up of many elements, so ignore all the haters and get back on here with more vids, your work is good. And as for the ignorant comments on here, are any of you published & experienced professional's who are qualfied to comment in such a manner?
Nothing special here. Street photography is about finding the right moment, not ANY moment. You need to focus more on seeing those moments rather than just pointing the camera at anything that moves. Jeff Mermelstein's work is a good example.
you captured exactly the thing, that thing that is powerful about life and our passage, good dynamic, exelent composition, elements in the pictures are fine conductors of feelings that are sometime more powerful that of the poetry. My favorite pick is doughter and mom, so uch you can read about life and them and everyday life in the streets, thanks, well done!!!
Nice work. Some constructive criticism: 1-Looks like you're shooting from the hip a lot. Try shooting while looking through the viewfinder. 2-Selective colorization is a gimmic. Drop it, you don't need it. 3-Let me see your subjects's faces, not the backs of their heads.
Keep shooting! Please take this as constructive criticism from someone who has been doing street photography for over 30 years. I'd love to see more of your work.

Street photography is not actually photoshooting on the street, try searching for the term deeply, but really nice try keep on shooting.
