He knows more of the techniques: locking, popping, rocking, robot dance, breakdance, Tutting.... and he is more entertainment..

The simple reason Joon does (good) at faster paced songs is his technique is sloppy at times and not nearly as perfected as Poppin John's. You will see a lot more variety with Joon and he will be more entertaining to most people, but when its a question of good popping Poppin John is miles ahead. This is no reason to dislike either dancers, they do what they like to do and they try to entertain in their own way. You will have your own favorite, but both are great and inventive dancers.

Both great styles, I prefer John's attention to detail and musicality over Joon's entertaining values. If it comes down to a poppin battle no one can speak for either party. Its up to the judges at that point. So unless this a video of what style you prefer to watch arguing is pointless.

Joon gets a bit on the sloppy side, if he was a bit more refined he would rule. Also he doesn't seem so connected with the music. He will dance at almost the same speed for almost any song. I really like how John is so detailed.

Both Hyun and John are dope!!! So good. Hyun has a faster attention grabbing style and John is precise. John's isolations are insane. Their styles are different and both are incredible dancers. It all comes down to personal taste. I personally prefer watching John pop. It's like a friggin' magic show. Mind blowingly clean. Props to both and thanx for posting this vid.
