Thank you Karen for the telling of the history behind Gung Ho! I am a Marine, although not on active duty since the 1980's, and I was fortunate to have trained on the same training grounds as the Raiders of WWII. The training was specialized but has stayed with me. I felt the historic significance of where I was and in who's steps I was following. Your ancestors have left a legacy that has impacted all of the world since then. Gung Ho is a tradition has been instilled in every Marine since. THX
