@lovemc4ever Because Miley was underage when she was drinking and Ashley wasnt. Ashley is 23 and therefore legally allowed. And Miley is NOT a good actress. She was AWFUL in that movie. She showed no depth, she was supposed to be a tough New York girl, but she speaking in a country accent and saying "y'all", her crying wasn't at all believable, and she was way too overdramatic at times. Movie critics gave her terrible reviews and she's nominated for a Razzie(the award they give to worst actress)
