Her voice is so hauntingly familiar like a dream or memory. Her voice is golden and wish she would perform on stage again. Would love to go and see her sing. These lyrics are so wonderful and gives me a obvious sense it comes from the heart. Kuku sebsibe is now one my favorites. "Fejera che kohn yeah neh wea deh.... My stomach is pain about your love. Sound a little strange in English translation, but in Amaharic refers to how much she loved her lover.

Wow! I used to sing this song in class 20 years ago when I was a fifth grader. It used to be my favourite song. I remember I had sung this song for my music final exam!! This song was so popular back then. We used to hear it in the cafes, music shops, restaurants, local bars, etc...I think, It was in the mid 80's.

Kuku Sebsibe is not a just a pretty face but she can also sing. I c her w/Mehamud, Tilahun, Abegaz here and she is really beautiful. She is loved for her consistency and her lyrics (probably the best in the words and message in Ethiopia) and Addis-soul. She sounds so young and full of life on this one. I heard she was from aristocratic family.
