  • yeah kind of poor and middle class conservatives being like HELL YEAH I NEED TO HAVE MY TAXES RAISED AND THE RICHES TAXES LOWERED. AND HOW DEAR YOU SAY OTHERWISE.

  • @shonenut213 ... Get a life

  • @FederalistAnonymous Got it all wrong my friend. Allow me to respectfully dissagree. Socialism is not about killing the virtues of the individuals, it's about growing them in a fair way. What's unfair in capitalism is that may be kid 1 had enough money to pay for tutoring lessons or even buy books. Socialism is about giving people with NOTHING the same opportunities as the rest of us. And, it's about not having to pay for such basic things like health care or education

  • In South America the word socialism has a connotation for hope and justice for everyone. Here's the deal, socialism is different to communism. And, in my opinion, americans are sort of brain washed with a history of anti-socialist propaganda, which is well... THAT, propaganda. It's not real. I come across a lot of people talking shit about socialism when they don't even REALLY understand what socialism is about.

  • You stupid liberal twats are always trying to cover up all the millions of people you've killed no thanks to your heroes Stalin and Mao.

  • @Shonenut213 dude go watch Fox ya puppet

  • @pawndominance1 Hahaha I don't even watch Fox bitch

  • No Ana you are wrong!

I go to college and I am smater than the Occupy ass douches. So fuck you.

  • People fear the word socialism because it s a scary thought.

  • Socialism was given a bad name by intellectuals such as F A Hayek and Milton Friedman

  • @1corpoaratekochwhore I'm talking about the third world dictatorships that the US govt either props up or puts in place for the benefit of corporations that then exploit the workers or resources of that country under the protection of a dictator. Corporations love cheap, "disciplined" labor. See General Smedley Butler's quote from his book "War is a Racket".

  • he just gave her an advice. and he is right. I mean,... I dont know, USA seems very paranoid place.Like, Supposedly I say something good about Cuba and their healthy care. If I said that in USA then I would probably hurt my image. I live in Brazil, i think here i can say probably more then USA. but the teacher is right, I read articles about companies that see your facebook page before hire you. So, I think I need to be careful too. everyone needs to be careful.

  • @saraamw

Yeah most people don't realize the U.S. is entering the new age of McCarthyism. Its class warfare on an unprecedented level, started BY the super rich under Reagan. If you don't fall in line, they won't hire you and will outsource your job to a desperate third world country. Our congress' approval rating is down to 5%, King George was higher before our founders started the revolution. If things don't change, we'll be seeing violent upheavals in the next few decades.

  • In the UK we have free healthcare and fire service etc wow socialism sure is evil , how is that private healthcare system now ? jelly ?

    (aimed at the "omgsocialistscum!" crowd)

  • @DrShitandStank HAHAHA UR a dumbass .

  • Concentration of power eliminates freedom . It's that simple . I mean you can say what you want about capitalism, but most corrupt aspects of the government can be fixed . It's just going to need some work .

  • When I was out of work, I made a lot of political posts on Facebook that many people warned me against, because they thought it would harm my prospects (it was often anti-capitalist). Eventually, my account was disabled.

  • Step one: edit your privacy settings.

    Done.

  • Who listens to profs? They are props telling you what to read, thats all.

  • Employers shouldn't have the right to let their employees personal lives determine their career future (unless it's actually relevant TO that career). There's no reason a fast food place shouldn't hire someone just because they have say a picture of them drinking alcohol from a funnel. As long as they don't show up drunk to work... And likewise, this girls Socialist views should NOT be discriminated against by an Employer if it's not going to affect the business (and trust me, it WON'T).

  • if you are just smart about your fb posts then an employer couldnt find it to not give you a job

  • @MarieKymSmith that means you are a slave

  • He said" I don't think you should." Then Ana says the prof. said, He told her what she can and can't do." Typical women who feels oppressed by an opinion someone of the opposite sex. And misconstrues an opinion into a command.

  • His advice is not bad or intrusive. This is stupid.

  • no engrish

  • it sounds she says 'oqupy' instead of 'occupy'

  • Socialism FTW!

  • The opposite of socialism is much more terrifying.

  • @shiambles Not here to bash but why don't you say that to the 50 million people who died because of socialism.

Capitalism=Ocational weak society, frequent bankruptcy but free will.

Socialism=Enslavement of the people and no free will.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot The USSR and the US engaged in propaganda regarding socialism. The USSR was not socialist. It was a dictatorship. A socialist government is one that works for the benefit of its people. Capitalism inevitably leads to plutocracy. It is wage slavery, where the people who create the wealth with their labor are exploited by their rich employers. Capitalism loves dictatorships. It is inherently antidemocratic. Under a dictatorship, workers can be ruthlessly exploited.

  • @bluesenshi And yet we are not the one who killed over 50 million people, about 90-100 if you allsoe count the reign of Mao.

As i said. Capitalism is a fragile sistem, it takes a lot of work for it to function properly. If we smear the engine wrong it won't work as it is suppost to.

Just as the basic belive sistem of socialism if actually fantasitc but when we put it to use it is vile, cruel and missused.

There will allways be rich and poor people, rich in money, poor in love.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

You're conflating socialism and communism. The end result of communism is a stateless, classless society. The evils we have come to expect from communist systems are caused by the transition state governments that steal power and become dictatorships. Socialistic societies aren't aiming for a classless, stateless societies like communists are. This is actually a fundamental tenet of Marxist theory, one that westerners refuse to grasp.

  • @Russlem True there is some difference between them but in my country the communist party and the socialist party work hand in hand and agree to allmost everything.

    It's a god damn dissaster.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

If you're in a capitalistic society it makes sense that the two parties for income equality will agree on social issues. According to the data, Iceland is in a good spot as far as risk of poverty and income distribution go. The WHO also has Iceland placed at number 5 best quality of life as well. That certainly doesn't sound like a "goddamn disaster".

  • @Russlem O living here is not bad at all no no but the communist and the socialist party are in controle now and we are not allowed to do anything. They don't even try to create more jobs, they simply raise higher taxes.....allmost every day. Immigration has never been higher, crime gangs are allowed to exist and our prisons are like a 3 star hotels. Going there is not a punishment, it's a holiday.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

Prisons aren't supposed to be punishments. They're supposed to be rehabilitation centers. That's why your prisons are 3 star hotels but your crime rate is so low, while prisons in the U.S. are filled with the most violent scum on earth treated like dogs, free to rape and beat up people but we have so much crime we currently house 25% of the entire world's prison population. Our prisons don't rehabilitate, they train people to be better criminals.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

And you want to talk about crime gangs? Let's talk about conservative policies: our conservative policy called "the war on drugs" has now made the Mexican Cartel a POLICITAL power in Mexico. Al Queda WISHES it killed 1/10th the number of American citizens that our gangs do despite our insane, draconian, neo-conservative crime policies. Saying socialistic policies cause gangs flies in the face of every social study that's ever looked at the subject.

  • @Russlem And yet that is happening. Our liberal party atleast atempted to do something about the gangs but the commi's don't do anything. They did order the police to attack few innocent protesters but the police refused to do so. Crime rate low? Ha ha ha ha it has not been that for several years :)

Crimminals are crimminals, some deserve rehabilitation, some prison, others deserve death.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

Iceland is currently ranked 142 in the world in terms of prisoners per capita at 40 people per 100k people. The U.S. is number 1 with 715 per 100k people in jail. Comparing crime rates is difficult as different countries have different laws, so prison population is a good barometer to gauge violent and serious crimes. Your country has an extremely low crime rate.

  • @Russlem What can i say, your information is wrong. You see i actually live here but the crime rate is nothing compared to countries like the U.S, then again they have much larger population. 5 years ago there were no major gangs here of any kind, now there are three and they carry weapons.

Not to mention we had one major prison for 80 people, now it's full and the female prison and the other two small once. Now we are building a new one that i hear can hold up to 300 criminals.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot

The numbers I listed were on a per capita basis which means population size is controlled for. NationMaster and the World Health Organizations are my sources. Simply saying "I live here" doesn't prove anything. Your experiences are anecdotal and subject to numerous biases (like confirmation bias). If you're going to disagree with the hard facts I've presented, I expect a source.

  • @Russlem So far as i understand we are dissagreing to my countries crime rate no? I live 15 km from Iceland's largest prison and i know two people who work there. I ashure you that prison is full. Not to mention it's all over the news, it's either prison cell shortage, resesion, goverment problomes or something about Hells angels.

Im not saying we have high rate in crimes but i am saying it has increast over 30% since 2005. That number i got from Reykjavík's police commandant.

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot Crime rates usually increase during a time of economic instability. Also compare the number of repeat offenders in your country to the US. More than half the people who go to jail are likely to go back to jail in the US. I would assume your percentage of repeat offenders is lower than 15%

  • @psgchisolm Thats true i belive it's around 15-17%

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot sounds like in black and white, we all live in a sectarian world.

Only under capitalism with free will?

  • @shiambles Freedom means many things including to be able to say what you want without being put in prison, to chose and be who you are without hate crimes, to have a fair trial, where the people are the voice, when the goverment seeks counsill from it's people and not the other way around.

I belive if we mix this and that together carefully we can create.....A perfect society.

  • I am a proud Socialist and I am not afraid to say it!

  • proff is right - end of story

  • XKCD #137 relevant here.

  • Comment removed

  • This is ridiculous, anyone can give anyone advice. The onus is on the person receiving advice to either take it or leave it. The prof wasn't telling her to do anything. Further more, to everyone watching this you should be more concerned about the news anchors passing judgment on the girl's life/career choices from a video spanning 30 seconds...I'm all for alternative news sources, but c'mon this is total garbage.

  • @FlashyGord they aren't passing judgment. they were pretty mild on the professor -- they even called it advice. it's just their take; its up to us to translate it as we will

  • American dream ....... heheheh

  • How i wish all english speakers could speak like that blond girl does, because I can barely understand what the guy says! =/

  • fuck comercials

  • Ana, I agree with what you're trying to do, but it is what it is. The Prof. was just looking out for her. Companies are real d--ks when it comes to what you post on your social networking sites.

  • I think I'm falling for Ana

  • I think I'm falling for Ana

  • I think I'm falling for Ana

  • you dont seem to understand facebook. Its rather easy to get that information from some ones page no matter what settings you use. just use an alias.

  • @death2hardcore even if you use an alias, it doesn't mean someone cant trace your ip get your address do a simple search and find out the residents who live there.

  • anonymous hacking group brought me here

  • Maybe it was only friendly/professional advice, it didn't sound malicious, but it's worrying that employers would bar someone for holding socialist views - illegal?

    On Facebook:

    1) If you have an account in your real name, at least change yr display name to something that doesn't id you, don't use your own image as a profile picture.

    2) Make it as private as you can, with all your posts only accessible to friends

    3) Don't tell a potential employer you've got a FB profile in the first place!

  • It's advice. He wasn't telling her what she could or could not do. He was trying to help the girl out so she wouldn't be like thousands and not have a job after she gets out of college.

Also. Pertaining to the girl's opening, having an open mind helps. Not saying TYT doesn't, just merely stating that the girl's video should be judged based on the content, not on personal views.

Course, this would only happen in a perfect world and seeing as how we live far from one....

    Well yeah... >_>.

  • @MythBoomerang THERE ARE NO JOBS

  • @DrShitandStank And your point...? I already understand that the job situation is dire but IF and WHEN there is a job opening, the guy was merely trying to stop the girl from hurting her chances.

Overall, It was a harmless gesture by the Professor.

    Well....probably.

  • @MythBoomerang that professor has no backbone to even stand up for this country against corruption... i respect that young woman for her bravery.. she is a real American

  • @DrShitandStank

    Bravery doesn't pay the bills.

  • @MythBoomerang i am sorry you are a coward

  • @DrShitandStank Whatever helps you sleep at night.I'll fight my way, and you can fight yours. Even if I can't change the world drastically, I'll do it however I can. Even if it's in small ways that might seem insignificant to you.

You don't have to jeopardize your future just to try to make a better one.

  • Emplyers may demand to see it as part of the intervier process. It's illegal, but they'll do it. He's giving some good adivce, becareful of what you do with facebook.

  • Comment removed

  • @DrShitandStank She'll care what her potential employers think when she doesn't get the job. It's not that hard of a concept.

  • @dabomb1357 i understand where you are coming from.. you are a coward

  • @DrShitandStank No, I'm a realist. You are either a troll or a fucking retard.

  • Didn't sound like he was telling her what to do. Sounds like he was giving her advice.

  • And set everything to only viewable by friends or private

  • Use a fake name with none of your info or pictures. If you feel it necessary use a fake IP.

  • fuck the professor and his bullshit..... he is lucky he has a fucking job but the rest of the people in the US are still unemployed despite fraudulent unemployment numbers ... there needs to be a law to ban employers from screening on people's Facebook profile..but our Gov't is pussy whipped by corporations

  • Everybody points out the problems, but no one points out the solution&ideas&results.

That's why everybody in the political system or involved in politics is fucking retarded.

  • He wasn't telling her what to or not to do, he was just giving her advice. His opinion, that's all. Not really news in my opinion.

  • @XMMAFANX This is not a NEWS show, it's an opinion panel. QQ more if you don't like what topics they discuss.

  • @XMMAFANX

I wish things were this simple, but everyone forgot 2010. When the Cable Gates came out the federal gov't sent emails to all poli sci, international affairs, economics program saying they will not hire anyone that has seen anything made by wikileaks or even made a comment on it in social media. It was quite tense, but this shit is actually happening.

  • Yeah, I agree with Jayar. That school is pretty spendy, but I've had the experience to talk to one of the counselors there and they're very passionate about their jobs as well. I can only assume how the professors act. They want the best for the student, so really, it wasn't a folly move on behalf the professor.

However, students at an art school against Occupy Wall Street?

    That's priceless irony.

  • Comment removed

  • He wasn't TELLING her apparently... he was giving advice. And it is true. Prejudice (against political views) exists. Try talking about legalizing marijuana for example. If you're from where I'm from, this is TABU. You don't talk about. The same way, in america, you don't point your finger at capitalism without getting burned or branded as a 'commie'.

  • A degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia can also prevent you from getting a job

  • @psynema what is wrong with people... YA LETS GET A JOB IN ART!!! wait.... theres no security in that shit now im out 100k.... she's really gonna need the occupy movement to work so she wont have to work to get a paycheck

  • @FCA88 You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. A university "arts" degree ecnompasses a huge number of differenent fields, not just fine arts, which is what you think it all is because you're an ignorant moron.

  • @FCA88

uh? I know plenty of artist making a decent living, but they picked up real skills while they were studying in college. They learned how to network, connect with their art community, market their work, and set up their own start-ups. You can be successful in whatever you choose to pursue. You just need to know how to do it. I'm not gonna tell someone to just study engineering or finance if they want security. they might hate their life if it was something they didn't really care for.

  • @lordblazer tell me what does art do for this world? what realistic value does art have? none, how many employers does an artist provide ONE his own but simply because he doesnt have steady reliable income you want successful businessman of this country to pay for their healthcare, and their taxes simply because those successful business people made the right decisions for a financially secure future

  • @FCA88

its an expression of our culture in fact art is one of the driving factors of our cultures. plenty of creative people are successful, and have changed world views throughout history. Your comment is completely unrelated to what I had said though. I asserted that plenty of artist that I personally know are relatively successful, rather in education, their own works, gallery businesses, non-profits. You make it sound like artist aren't able to find success or take care of themselves

  • @FCA88

Also business isn't the most secure thing in this world. In reality nothing is secure, and everyone has very little control over their lives. They think they are in control, but they are not. Anyway as I said your comment makes no sense, as I wasn't asserting their contribution to society, but if you want to know that. Artist make HUGE contribution of our society. Every sector of our civilization contributes to society and our culture. without art critical thinking ceases

  • @FCA88

art is more than paintings too btw, art goes into literature, film, etc. If you want to make a response please make an intelligent one.

  • @FCA88 Your statement is flat-out stupid. Art drives culture, and art is what lasts longest in a culture. Can you think of any businessmen by name prior to the industrial revolution?

  • @FCA88

also if they don't really care for it. There is a chance for a mediocre career whereas some of the most passionate artist I have met in my hometown are making more bank than an engineer mid-career who has stagnated in wages. Anyway I think leaving engineering, finance, etc to people with the skills, ability, and desire to do it is what we should do. Economics and International Affairs is what excites me, and I've seen success.

  • I don't see a problem. The professor gave her some good common-sense advice. He's not forcing her to do anything. It's still her decision.

College students against OWS? Oh, right. ART Institute. Most people go to art school because they failed at everything else which requires brains.

  • @sleazybtd I agree that most other pursuits take more intelligence but to be good at art you mind and hands need to be tuned highly to the skill or else you'll fail, it's not something you do if you failed at biology let's say, it's something you actually want to do as a profession, if you went into art without that mindset then yes I would agree with you, they are dumbasses.

  • @SentimentOfGuilt I actually know quite a number of people who went to art school because they sucked at everything else and thought art was going to be easy. It turned out that they sucked at art too.

  • @sleazybtd go smell your underwear you stink

  • its the kids fault pretty sure kids aren't allowed to friend their teachers in the first place

  • There's nothing wrong with socialism. Americans are just daft.

  • Based on the story, the professor was just concerned and told her something that is plausible if employers were to see it. First of all, people took what the professor said and made an issue that is far away from context. The topic was the professor and his/her advice or concern to the student and that is it.

I personally think that this is media over exaggerating a simple problem. The questions should be why it would affect employment, etc. etc..

  • Socialism is so terrible indeed. as socialism is about EVERYONE being equal.

Is that NOT what you on TYT have been ASKING for?!

Like everyone pay's the same taxes. that the rich don't pay LESS taxes just because they got MORE money?!

If it is between the Facist USA and a Socialist country? Socialism wins EVERY TIME

  • @Clanki Who are you arguing with? Yourself?

  • @lolatyoufools Who are you trying to troll? Yourself?

  • The Real question here is............ Why the fuck do you "friend" your proffesor on Facebook!?

  • ANNA !?!?!?! He didn't tell her what she CAN do, he made a suggestion. Agree or disagree, he was attempting to give advise.

  • I'm a Socialist. I promise I won't eat you. For now ;)

  • She's passionate about socialism? That's a plus in my book.

  • Why is the thumbnail an eye?

  • Anna stop looking at Jayar like you are going to jump him. I know he's cute but behave yourself. You're supposed to be a professional!

  • "Land of the free" indeed!

  • @rasnac Her freedoms weren't being attacked, she wasn't told to take it all down or stop doing it, she was given advice by a more experienced member of her community. That is the basis of all society.

  • @Augur society of slavery that you dearly support

  • first of all its face book, the whole world can see it. second its the internet, if you post something wether its political or family oriented is going to remain on the net FOREVER!!

THOSE ARE THE MAIN 2 THINGS WE NEED TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN BEFOR THEY SIGN ON TO ANY WEB SITE

  • @Mr420ways Actually that's a bit of an exaggeration. You can keep it private to only your fb "friends", and if you don't have a huge following on FB, if you delete it it'll probably be gone forever. Unless archive.org has started to archive FB posts.

  • @TiradeFaction actually there has been a change in privacy on fb, although you may set somthing friends only non friend can still see it , also friends could "share" your posts.then all their friends can see it and so on. i totaly get what you are saying. but im just saying those are two good guide lines to follow, just to be safe, like you said about archive.org ...man ya just never know;)

  • Look, who cares what you put on your channel, of any sorth that maybe, right? even it's your own ass... like, would i be boss then i inmediatly hire you and so the world baby... the real problem is at follows, that in most cases you have male bosses and they don't hire me because i the one and only great Captain Occupy will be on the girls asses he hired before me 24 fo 7 nah, not really but got me to think? i need to look for companies where they have female bosses! good god, thank you!
  • Prof did right in a certain respect. You need to have your eyes wide open about the risks, but so long as you do that then all power to you, because you shouldn't have to have your political voice silenced by employment concerns.

  • This is the exact reason I don't post anymore on my facebook, people passing judgement on me without knowing me or what I'm about. This Professor coming forward and making this statement borders on stalking!

  • Government good, free thinking bad!

  • I laugh at this video. Why would you curse when you create a video? Just put away credibility what she was preaching.

  • sorry Anna, but the conservatives didn't give "socialism" a bad name, the Nazi's and the soviets did that.

  • lol... you could say the professor is right, but going to The Art Institute can also hurt your job prospects. for profit colleges arent usually taken seriously. go to a city college after high school, and then get a degree at a proper, accredited university that is not for profit.

  • well that's the problem with most of us these days, so afraid of... and because of that becoming a silly ass piece of shit, and then again jobs?

get outta here, the school programs are a one way freak train for corporations, all about the funds right, well

    provide chairs then?

    go figure,

  • Comment removed

  • @getOccupiedtheMovie and it isn't about socialism or capitalism, black or white, straight or gay, but about common sense where we still have to get at

  • @getOccupiedtheMovie

Albert Einstein said, "Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."

  • @cowpacino well, then we have a problem right?

haha... maybe i could comment and compliment on that by some words of Jiddu Krishnamurti, he said ,,The description is never the described..."

  • bitches you payed all this money and the school for no reason!

  • I do see the Professor's view on this, and do agree. However, everyone entitled to their opinion and have a right to do whatever they want. So if you are that concern, privatize your page so only your friends can see it. This isn't just on political views, but on anything you post period. Opinions about your boss, gossip while work, pictures, etc....you have to be careful on what you post online. If it's not private, it will be seen and used against you.

  • @Mika20 what if your boss post negative comments about you on FB?... have that ever came to your mind?

  • @DrShitandStank Gosh, how can I forget of possibilities of a boss (who pretty much make it to the top) that would waste time sending negative comments to employees only to have their own jobs in jeopardy after showing unprofessional actions. If that does happen, then he/she deserves to lose their position and be punished. (Or chances are it's ignored and he/she doesn't get punished) Never crossed my mind

  • LoL, an Art Institute, wow...

    Gtfo of here.

  • I'm all for socialism. Down with these capitalist dogs!

  • I say if anyone would disqualify me for my political/religious/social beliefs then I would rather not be a member of that organization.

  • My big question would be, why are employers able to see your facebook? You should already have your security settings on lock down. Smart thing to do in this day and age.

  • @saznbabigurl I agree. But apparently people don't think much about it and keep their page open. Not just on political views, but everything that can be used against them. Pictures of crazy stuff they did, posts about someone while at work, talking about their boss, etc.... If it's not private and can be seen, it's your fault making it public.

  • My cousin went to AI for interior design. And $98,000 of debt. Though I suppose it's not as bad other places, it's still quite the chunk of change for someone in their young 20s to shoulder.

  • im a native born amerucan and i would love to go for socialism. we would need another civil war though... the logistics of that would be intresting... there are only so many dumb ppl to fight for the rich and only so many with balls for be a freedomfighter, i do not think i fall under either category

  • again the professor was right because she just gave her some advice. she doesn't have to follow it.

  • @TheAce1082 only the weak agrees with the professor

  • wow she talks so trashily lol. like bitches like omg like you paid all this money like. uhhh... come on seriously can u talk like an adult?

  • I really think the prof was in the right. My co-op adviser warns us all the time to either keep our fb on privacy lockdown or just not post anything that can look bad for an employer. Employers will sleuth around the web looking for stuff that you did.

  • @DaWaff1eman Exactly! What's sad is people think employers have no right looking into your stuff online....if it's not private, they can see it regardless. -_-

  • I'm just wondering what the context was in the conversation with her prof. If he really just said, "Hey, maybe you should be a little careful about what you post, because it can prevent you from getting a job in the future," like some legit advice or something, that sounds perfectly fine. Or maybe he just a douche creeper.

    Honestly though, it's beyond unclear.

  • Why are people so worried about employers seeing stuff on their facebook? If you make it so only your friends can see it, there shouldn't be a problem.

  • @KaliDemiDarkness its cuz some ppl are just too stupid and dont know or fail to realize that its possible to not make your info entirely public. you should only be really careful if for some dumbass reason you have your boss added to your facebook in which case the person is just a more of a moron lol

  • @chihakuryu.... you better check your fucking boss's facebook to make sure he does not make nasty comments about YOU

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Do you know how the internet works?

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Facebook isn't safe. There are authorized software that employers purchase, granting them access to anyone's page by finding different connections and eventually someone they can use who have you as a friend. I'm surprised so many ppl don't know this. We talk about this in many of my lectures.

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Unfortunately, not necessarily. When you post something, no matter hoe private your settings are, you should be prepared for everyone to see it.

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Facebook sells your information to your employers

  • @KaliDemiDarkness what if they want to friend you on facebook, then if you deny it looks bad, and im not saying i know the constitution amendments verbatim but isn't there an amendment thats against discrimination?

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Seriously. Only the idiots who play Farmville should have anything to worry about.

  • @KaliDemiDarkness Because employers often demand you befriend them on facebook as a condition of your employment.

  • @jerzy862 An emplyer cannot demand anything like that, at all, and can be considered grounds for harrassment
