This Airport that is named "Knuffingen" at Miniatur Wunderland is a miniatured model of the Hamburg Airport. I am really impressed! That guys did a great job! I can recommend Miniatur Wunderland very highly. It's huge (even it is a miniature world^^), it's impressive, it's breath-taking! Go and enjoy it! Be welcome to Hamburg :-)

The only improvement I could see adding to this spectacular model layout is the use of full motion control on all the vehicles to achieve scale acceleration and deceleration. Having the cars and trucks turn at the same speed they travel down straight road is not proper. And, of course, they can't come to an instant stop nor instantly accelerate to speed.

The same could be said of the planes docking and undocking from the terminals. Scale speed may be dull, but it adds realism.
