im sorry , couscous is berbere food and im berbere from algeria , but we never eat couscouswith hands .

the hands when washed are the most clean of means. Dont forget couscous is made with hands. This is not disrespecteful but a traditional way of eating. You are using the western way of looking at things. Anyway this tradtition is very rare now. But also be careful whne using spoons as you dont know where it was before. Most important enjoy the beautiful couscous although via internet

the boy who is eating with his fingers is not being dissrespectfull he is eating in the traditional moroccon way of eating cous cous and tagines my hubby is moroccon and we allways eat like this when we are visiting family in morocco im english and quite enjoy eating this way thankyou for the nice video i enjoyed it choukran
