What your doing here isnt strictly Low Stress Training. Its more super cropping with strings. On a plant as spindley as that you dont need to bend the branches so they almost snap, just bend over and tie so no damage occurs to the stem. You'll still get the same results only quicker. The idea is to get the lower branches above the growing top so they grow quicker because they now think they are the top of the plant.
