9:02 Take notes, this is some advanced stuff. If Akuma does reversal demon flip, he's technically off the ground on the first frame. A few characters (Oro, Urien,Ibuki, Necro I know for sure, possibly others) have moves that do this. They're typically used to escape meaty aegis reflectors or karakusa setups. If you're hit with a meaty attack you're air reset. Akuma doesn't typically need this cuz teleport, but he does it to make chun's meaty close RH hit so she'll confirm SA2 which he can block.

@zqmfg1 The only Chun past 10th Dan from Nagoya is Gussan at the moment, but since this is a tournament from Feb 2010 getting posted in December, it's anybody's guess who it really is.

@zqmfg1 it might be Kokujin's chun li, idk but looking at the danisen leauge page, Kokujin's chun li is the same rank as Uraken and Yuki Otoko's Akuma
