In Colossus vs Ironman, you have to realize that Ironman's armor pretty much gives him the same strength and armor as Colossus. However, Ironman also has super-reflexes, because his suit is hooked up to his nerves, and repulsor rays and flight. Ironman has the advantage over Colossus.

The movie ultimate avengers has nothing to do with the comics. They made the Hulk way too powerful in that movie. Hulk even pwned Thor in that movie. Hulk is never going to do that in the comics, unless Thor holds back or decides not to fight back.
