Thank you for posting this. I've actually been procrastinating on my workout regime all summer--I need some workout wear and "tools" in addition to the procrastination. Honestly I have NO excuse. I'm about your size (size 5, give or take) and all I need to do is TONE up. To see that you lost 90 pounds (CONGRATULATIONS!) is just proof that I can tone up (I'm not trying to lose anything), if I willed myself to do it. Thanks for giving me that clarity. i'm glad you mentioned your core. in pilates they say "scoop the belly upward" which is better understood. but remembering your core just in general when walking, going up and down stairs, etc, helps get a work out in when you're not working out!

I'm starting to see some definition in my butt area, legs and torso.
For BUTT: squats, lunges and running.
For Lower Back: Deadlifts are great.
Intense cardio is going to be your best friend while trying to lose fat and tone up.
That's what I do. So far, I'm down 40 lbs.
