was the REO Speed wagon? Anyway good reason. Probably was some of it. Personally I think janeway was just scared and hid behind that reason. I don't think they would have gotten into trouble after seven years in space! Federation would have understood! Anway I like this. Good Job.

it's easier janeway can't get with chakotay because of starfleet.
Janeway's tell chakotay that as a captain she cannot have relationship on work, long oshort as it is.

Actually, I thought it was because Janeway was in love with Seven of Nine. And that's all I can say without insulting Chak. ;-)
