Oh gosh, these hairstyles the Orange County women have are the new perms. You look at Gretchen or Tamra and their hair is so big and boxy it's just heinous. It has no shape, it's expensive but not at all sleek or classy, there are extensions involved so it thins out oddly towards the ends. Bleh.

Gretchen's skin isn't tht great actually Em... I watch the show religiously and whenever they zoom up on her face (sometimes i think there's such a thing as too much of a close up! ...for everybody), she definitely has acne scarring and what not. your skin is wayyy nicer and naturally healthy than hers. great tut!

i like the look, i just prefer to do the dark color, the smokey part lower by the eyelashes not so high up towards the eyebrows. it gives it a cateye effect that i dont like, i just think the v is too high for me. i like the look though

I always get oily lids and my eye makeup is sliding off or creasing bad by the end of the night. Whats the best primer or suggestion for that?

Nikkio221, I know this question wasn't directed at me, but I have the same issue with oily lids and I recently started using Clinique's primer, which they call "touch base for eyes" They carry a few different shades and I have #01 "up-lighting". It helps my eyeshadow last a few hours longer and keeps the creasing to a minimum. :-)
