Hey guys thanks for the info on running 33s with a 2 inch lift. Everyone told me that it would not work but after watching this i put 33X12.5s on my Wrangler with 2" lift. They never rub. I am planning to add a 3.25" lift to give it a better look later but for now it works.
Spring compressor helps, unless like me all you could find was one for a simi truck. It was no help, because compressed the outside of the compressor was taller then the extended spring. LOL Did it without the compressor but it kinda sucked.
yeah. oh man what a difference. haha. i don't see one. anyway, they forgot to add the fact you'll need coil spring compressors. if you don't have those, the job will take way longer than one hour.
Im gonna go out on a whim and say the spacers were for rubbing issues, and no coil spring compressors make it a lot longer honestly, all you need to do is disco the shocks/sway, and jack up the opposite side of the axle and spring pops right off buddy.
actually, these make a big difference. my dad is actually the machinist for cage offroad and built those spacers. the jk with the same kit on it scored a 754 on a 30 degree ramp so if you dont think they make a big difference your wrong
looks like you stuffed some oversized tires on to a rubicon and added an inch at best.. youre still stuck with tires that are too big for that jeep. honestly i didnt notice a difference.
I like it. I am planning to add 33s to my Jeep Wrangler Sahara with a 2 inch spacer lift. I have been reading a lot of people postings that 33s are a bad idea, but most of them are people that have never ran them. You have convenced me I am ordering 33s!
you cannot do this in a hour
