Oh hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my GF got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.
hey man... i am working out at my home and i want to burn some weight!i am 18 years old and i have enough strength as i am working out one year, but i am not doing any exercise for fat loss, can u help me (i want only exercises that can be done in a house, and not have to use equipment that dont have (for example the sack)) pleaz :)
