  • what about Hagi man?!!!!!!!

  • @bryllyo great player, maybe a top 40...

  • @sennafanbr №1 ROBERTO BAGGIO!

  • @nicolaevna1111 yep!

  • @sennafanbr great dribling,,,great shot....great skils....the king Hagi ...deserves top 20.....he becamed a true legend for every club that he played...i think he is egual with Zidane and Figo...

  • №1 BAGGIO!

  • @nicolaevna1111 in my heart, probably yes.

  • This is your list. These are your favourite players. IMMO, Romario should never be behind Van Basten. Nr. 16 is a joke. Ronaldo missing? Crazy! Garrincha, the most talented soccer player ever seen and two times World Champion at # 9?

  • @gersontf yes, this is my list. but as we can see, you didn't read the description, as I wrote there. On your request about Garrincha, I put him on the 6th position. Pelé, Maradona, Cruyff, Di Stefano and Puskas were far more complete. And had World Cup performances as good as Garrincha's - excet for Di Stefano, of course. About Van Basten, take a look: he stopped playing at 27 yeas old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and had 3 golden balls, 1 FIFA WP, 2 Champions League, 1 Eurocup (top scorer).

  • lol Romário 16 ??? aff

  • jimmy johnstone should be somewere in that top 10 greatest ever celtic player + after celtic became the first british team to win the european cup (champions league) we played in stefanos testimonial and every time he got the ball every real madrid fan would chant ole ole + at half time stefano took the ball raised it above head and at the end of the match wee jinky done the same and all the madrid supporters cheered his name so do some research and get your facts right HUN

  • where rivelino ,he more skillful than pele.Pele cant do the flipflap

  • romario 16????? affz

  • Comment removed

  • where is ronaldo el fenomeno ?????????

  • zidane made marseille twist and ronaldihno copyed him and changed the name to 360 zidane went to court against him and lost his case

  • fuuk off haterz zidane should be number 1

  • Paul Scholes

  • Maradona also don't win UCL, Ronaldo da lima ? he never win UCL too,LOOK Zidane He won everything but why he is less than a legend like pele or maradona?..what is the real category for best player/legend..? is the answer a MESSI??! if he lift a world cup trophy then He will be the only true legend and arguments between Pele and Maradona will be gone. Messi has a load of individual titles but no copa america or copa de mundial, let's see in a few days, copa america is his 1st test.

  • I saw maradona, real Ronaldo, ronaldinho, romario, zidane, henry, messi, baggio, van basten but I didn't know how pele mueller, eusebio, distefano or others...My opinion is MARADONA IS the best off all and he is standard of best player in the world..world cup title, speed and great skills, braught a mediocre team become a champion...there is no need to score more than 1000 goal like pele, WTF...is it prof record or all goals since he was 5 years old?????? did he win UEFA champion league? no!!

  • WTF MARADONA 2 PELé 1 HAHAHA

  • Good, but where's Ronaldo?

  • Pele is the greates of all im sayin like all time even better than players b4 him nd players after him he is the right foot of God no one is more complete than he is

  • Johan Cruiff needs to be 2th and Maradonna 3rd :P

  • @99hello1 could be... Cruijff, actually, could be the 1st without problems.

  • Ronaldo?

    Ronaldinho?

    Cristiano Ronaldo?

    MESSI???????

    Are you fecking blind???

  • @dumfries93 18 years old, ahn? Ronaldinho? No way AT ALL!

Cristiano is very good, but I also can't rate him on the 20 best.

About Ronaldo and Messi, as the title of the video says, READ THE DESCRIPTION!

  • gerd muller should be higher!!!MUCH higher!!!

  • @robbenmessi1010 I agree, visit my new video.

  • to me pele is the greastest of all time, maradona is about half of the greatness of pele

  • Maradona was and is still the greatest ever footballer to have ever graced the football pitch, even majority of brazilian fans and coaches have acknowledged tis in the past, When we talk about football we dont talk about personal life. Who knows if pele took drugs or not? On the Pitch, Diego was a magician we will never seee 80,000 and more fans going to watch a one man show in football whereas in diegos days the stadiums were packed just to watch the man himself .... EL DIego.

  • come on you can't put matthaus instead of roby baggio

  • @spolinese I agree... i've changed most of the positions in my list, and surely one of these modifications is to place Roby Baggio among the 20 best, while Matthaus would be in a list of 25.

  • the problem is that Best, Garrincha (wingers), Zidane (slow, without improvisation) or Van Basten is not perfect and great enough, only almost. the players who had everything, speed, influence, genius, etc. are only Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Di Stefano, Ronaldo, Eusebio, Beckenbauer, Platini, Messi, Puskas in my opinion.

  • @Hunfootball I agree wit the ones you've mentioned but Zidane and Garrincha did things that credentiate each of them to be considered top level, especially in terms of World Cup...

  • @sennafanbr I think Zidane had the worst abilities (speed, goalscoring, genius, etc.) amongst the best players, and Garrincha and Best were not whole players enough, but it's subjective. If you take just Platini's creativity, these players were nowhere, you could really never tell what he would do. He had everything, goal-scoring, speed, vision. Those players had not all these things. But I agree, Best, Garrincha, Van Basten and Zidane are very close to my list.

  • MARADONA IS THE BEST

  • @macaco308 Maradona is certainly not best: sent off in one world cup, cheated in another, sent home for drug taking in another. That is a matter of shame not glory. Pele was a more complete player, had a better temperament, achieved far more.

  • Michael Laudrup is missing!

  • @tkjerner He was great, but he appears among the 30, in my opinion. Visit my new video!

  • Very good list. Pele have always been my nr 1 king of fotboll.

  • @StephenHigdon he was an icon, a great personage in the history of football. But his "top" performance didn't last long - speciaaly because of his addictions - and, though I know that in Northern Ireland it would be very difficult, he never even played a WC.

  • I was surprised Lev Yashin was in there. Not that I'm saying he's bad, infact, he's in my top 2 favourite! But not many people use Yashin. All I have to say is, a lot of people will disagree, but personally, Gheorghe Hagi is my number one.

  • @Zappyta personally, my number one is Zidane.

  • @Zappyta dobrin was number but he played when leader was ceausescu so....si esti roman nu?

  • wtf??? zizou 11th????? your list sucks froendo!

  • @anrimanu2 zizou is 9th, read the list again!

  • How can u not have the R9, the phenomenon, the legend arguably the best finisher known only as Ronaldo. Franz Beckenbauer is miles better than De Stefano and Puskaks. Zico 15, is that a joke the guy controlled the entire game from the middle. I understand u are also factoring culture heroism etc but the first quality for a player is how well he plays. If you rating heros rate heros but u cant miss one of the biggest impact players.

  • @biruk121 If you had read my list in the description, you'd know that I put Ronaldo there.

Zico, really controlled the match, but there was a number of players better than him. About Di Stefano and Puskas, I'm sorrry, but they were better than Franz in y opinion.

  • @biruk121 Ok Ronaldo at 13 its still not good enough. he is at the very list top 5. If he had not played in the seria a where they purpously injured him again and again Ronaldo will probably be in # 2 behind Pele. in fact i think he already is. He made the league known for its defense in the 1990s and early 2000s look like trash. his strength, his skills, his pace, his finishing(the best ever) etc made ronaldo the most feared in the world in his prime days.

  • @biruk121 Beckenbauer is the best defender ever. Defenders dont get much credit but this guy was something else. His tackling, his tactical awareness, his vision, his ball control, his passing( long or short), and his leadership make the kaiser one of the best to play the game. As for Zico even Pele said he was the one most closest to him. he had all the qualities of a midfielderX10. he perhaps might be the best CM ever.

  • wtf stan matthews sould be where maradona is

  • @Mrangryenglishman he coulda been. if he had made something really special for england in a World CUp. And if he had played in other teams of Europe, winning continental titles. However, I put him among the 20 best, because he was really great.

  • Top 3

PELÉ - (the most complete player ever by far!, sooooo gifted!, no one has been able to read the game like.. and as fast as Pelé. Now a days players practice a dribble in "their garage" over and over, Pelé is pure talent and instinct plus a perfect athlete!)

    -

    -

    -

    -

RONALDO - (the only one who had the chance to get near Pelé's numbers, but it's just numbers, Pelé is genius!)

    -

MARADONA - (insane player! soooo good! but unfortunately not complete)

  • @geraldoyang Giuseppe Meazza and Franz Beckenbauer got closer than Ronaldo to Pelé's numbers...

  • pele is best and charlton is obviously better than zidane AND WHY IN THE NAME OF FUCK IS GEORGE BEST ONLY TEN????????

  • @TheHordeOfTheLiams and why charlton would be "obviously" better than zidane? george best appears in 10th because there is no space for him among the 9 first names, who undoubtedly achieved more.

  • Where is Michael Laudrup?

  • @Daniel1996vdh He would be among the 25 best

  • And Ronaldo the phenom???

    Maradona the best!!!!

Di Stefano is better than puskas!!!

  • @DjSimoes I put Ronaldo in 12th, check the list! I also mentioned Di Stefano ahead of Puskas! I just think Pelé is better than Diego...

  • cruijff was better than pele and marodonna and he had more love for the clubs were he played (ajax amsterdam and fcbarca

  • @moesterdam he was really great. he revolutionized the football. he had a perfect view of the game. driblled beautifully. scored frequently. had great speed. I love him. But Pelé and Diego are the two icons of football, the two main references.

  • laudrups and other's don't have a place in the top 20. sorry man!!

A VERY GOOD LIST OF THE BEST PLAYERS OF ALL TIME.

it's nearly by the official list from fifa and iffhs, thanks!!!!

puskás, pelé, di stéfano, cruyff and maradonna are the greatest players of all time. this 5 i mean are all same good, only all have a special thing.

    puskás best from 1950-1966

    di stéfano from 1958-1964

    pelé from 1960-1970

    cruyff from 1970-1978

    maradona from 1984-1990

bether then this 5 never gives

  • @atomevo1984 I totally agree!

  • and what about the Laudrup brothers, Michael and Brian

  • @lasse1604 Michael is amazing. I would put him in a list of 30 best players.

  • where is del piero , roberto carlos , figo , beckham , donga , contona , its just my opinion , but this is not the best 20 players

  • @coolofqadsawi del piero, figo and beckham might have achieved a good level, but their achievements and their lack of consistency (to play in top level during MANY years) keep them out of a list of 50 best. R. Carlos and Dunga they could be in a list of defenders. Cantona was great, maybe among the 40 best ever.

  • @sennafanbr if you are commenting about players in history , best mainly means what he did for his team , like when del piero took his team at 1997 , when inzagi and zidan left , he took them from nothing to champions league champions , and the goals carlos made with brasil , you are talking too formally , talk with spirit XD

  • Nice surname - 1:56

  • 1. Pelé

    2. Maradona

    3. Puskas

    4. Ronaldo (brazilian)

  • @cdalvany Ronaldo was amazing, and I placed him among the 15 best, but... 4th is impossible.

  • I think George Best was a wonderful player. However, i cant see him being in front of Zidane. Zizu was yust better. And dont get me wrong, both players were amaising, but Zidane was amaising at a time and place when it was much harder to be amaising. Alsow i think that maybe Roberto Baggio coud be on this list.

  • @djgutic Hi, thanks for posting. Read my description and you're gonna see that I changed Zizou's position, thinking exactly as you did. And Baggio is also on the list, among the 25 best. Hugs!

  • And where is Zlatan?

  • @ebaay1 I'm really sorry, but I don't think that Ibrahimovic can enter not even among the 50 best in history. He is very good, but here we're talking about another thing...

  • My 20+ (of course positions can be juggled, with so many close in standard)

Pelé, Maradona, Cruyff, Di Stefano, Puskas, Beckenbauer, Zidane, Garrincha, Ronaldo, Platini, Eusebio, Best, Van Basten, Charlton, Yashin, Zico, Muller, Meazza, Matthaus, Charles, Romario, Maldini..

Messi and C.Ronaldo have time to find their place.

  • @mizofan great list, man, almost the same as mine. from the ones you mentioned, I ondly haven't included Maldini's name.

    Thanks for posting.

  • @sennafanbr Yes, very similar! You have proper respect for history, whereas too many lists concentrate too much on modern/current players. It's the same with other things apart from sport. John Charles deserves more credit, cos he was a great centre half (probably the best Britain has had by most accounts), as well as top scoring centre forward in Italy, a rarity.

  • @mizofan I don't know much about him, but I know he had played for Juventus, and was top scorer. He played alongside Omar Sívori...

Unfortunately, these guys are a little underrated because of World Cups...

  • @sennafanbr Charles was star for the Wales team that made the world cup 1/4 finals in 58, but was injured by the Hungarians (they kicked him everywhere) so missed the match v Brazil, that Brazil won 1-0 with a late goal by young Pelé. Yes his partnership with Sivori was legendary for Juve- his power and Sivori's skill a great match. He often played centre half for Wales

  • @mizofan truth... in 1958 there was also a star that lost the WC: Eduard Streltsov, from Russia, got arrested by the government. Plus Garrincha, Fontaine and Kopa. What a great era!

  • and plz watch those vids look at what zidane think of ronaldo

    /watch?v=Tea20qaiYl4

    /watch?v=pkEFdFdKWgA

    /watch?v=0uWqfrcXIRo

and watch the best coach wat he said about il fenomeno

    /watch?v=RGEz7R3hy1E

  • @beeko99 I know exactly what Zizou thinks about Ronaldo. But, please, try the opposite: Ronaldo said MANY TIMES that Zidane is the best he has played with, and often makes compliments to his skills and leadership.

About Mourinho, another great opinion. But, sorry, he said last Friday that Diego Maradona is THE NUMBER ONE for him.

  • @sennafanbr yeah but look when zizou said about ronaldo in training and ronaldo in big matches and watch when benzema said that ronaldo is his idole look at what zidane reply about mourinho but in that interview ronaldo wasn't there to said that he is the best of all times but amradona was there when he said he is his number one FOR HIM end of story those r my top 10 and i watched them all 1.ronaldo 2.maradona 3.zidane 4.pele 5.cruyff 6.zico 7.garincha 8.beckenbour 9.laudrop 10.romario
  • @beeko99 you watched them all being 21? Thats a nice joke. Ok. You watched them all. i didn't So, you know better than me, and I quit.

Take this: Ronaldo doesn't appear in my video because he is above everyone else. He is "hours-concours". He doesn't count. He is not a player. He is a "phenomena"!

    Sorry!

  • @sennafanbr yeah i have a full matches dvd specially maradona , cruyff , van basten, laudrop and romario and i saw 45 sum of pele full matches and i have pele official life story in dvd and ofcourse i saw ronaldo zidane figo rivaldo ronaldinho and all modern player i never seen aplayer like ilfenomeno

and an advice to u b4 making a comp about the best players ever watch them all

i think u only watched ronaldo from 2005 to 2010 yeah he deserves to b 15 .....lol

  • @beeko99 This is the LAST time I'll answer you: your fanatic speeches are really annoying me.

    - You exclude Di Stefano, Puskas, George Best and Peppe Meazza of your top 10 and you tell me to 'watch all the players before comparing'? You don't have a clue of what these guys represent, do you? You simply exclude the changings in the history of soccer, the modifications in physical preparation, tactics, professionalizing, and compare 90s and 2000s players with the 50s, 60s due to SPEED?

  • @beeko99 (completing) you only take into account advanced players, so Beckenbauer is a shit. You should consider many things while evaluating a player, not only his skills: consider what is the importance of a guy like Eusébio, coming from Moçambique, to do what he did in 1966 World Cup. Or players like Fontaine, George Best and van Basten who RETIRED from football around 27, 28.

  • @beeko99 (to finish) As I said, you are a TWENTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD boy, so you can't preach at me. I HAVE SEEN RONALDO ALIVE, ever since he played for Cruzeiro in1 993! I've seen him at the stadium! I've watched the three World Cups he has played. I've bought a VHS (do you know what is that?) in 1997 with the 47 goals he scored for Barcelona! And I could follow Zizou ever since 1996 in Juventus. I've seen Romário alive in 1999 and I watched the 1994 WC. So, DON'T PREACH AT ME!

  • il fenomeno ronaldo is the best ever just watch this

    /watch?v=X5Ah5VTcViA

    /watch?v=V92-xE7LfLk

    /watch?v=3M7R8nKMxlo

  • @beeko99 far, far from being the best ever. he was very good, though. And among the 3 best in last 20 years.

  • @sennafanbr

that's ur opinion but 4 me and 4 alot of people he is the best ever

  • @beeko99 Yeah, its true, for a lot of people he is the best ever. But, for how many people? can you count? And I ask you: this amount of people that take R9 for the best in the history is greater than the quantity of people that consider Maradona the #1? greater than those who take Pelé as 1st? Zidane? Garrincha? Di Stefano? Zico? Cruyff? Look, I'm Brazilian and here Ronaldo is considered a level under Pelé, Garrincha, Zico and Romário. And remember: it was you who mentioned quantity of people.

  • @sennafanbr

ofcourse i can't count them coz they r somany like i said

sorry tht brazillans don't appreciate il fenomeno but in my country there r millions of fans also in spain china italy germany all the gulf area idon't think u can count those>> any one really know football and actually play it will relize that he is the greatest

,he is the most complete player ever most skillful ,pace, power ,good in the air, shoots with right and left play with the right and the left ,gr8 finnisher

  • @beeko99 so you are saying that I and BILLIONS of football don't know anything about it, right? Well, in the day that Ronaldo becomes superior to Maradona or Pelé (not to mention others) this sport will have its name changed. Do you really put him over Pelé and Diego? If so, why?

  • @sennafanbr simply coz if u think about it he is the most complete player ever and got alot of achievment so he got it all but every one got his own opinion

btw in 1998 alot of people stopped camparing ronaldo with pele and maradon and they compared ronaldo with michael jordan and mohamed ali but sadly some people forgot what ronaldo done for football in his peak from 1994 : 1999 and they all remember ronaldo after his big injury so my advice to u to watch ronaldo with barca and inter

  • @beeko99 Media. It's very common to compare the current greatest with the past ones. Nowadays, Lionel Messi is considered the best, and is often compared to the old ones. But, I know, Ronaldo is still above him.

  • Comment removed

  • @sennafanbr messi is amazing but no one compare him with jordan or any one out of his field

ronaldo was different they used to compare jordna with ronaldo coz they both make a different in thier field and the mean point is that both r invented stuff byond this world that's why the media in 1998 compared them together and look at those vids and tell me who can done those skills besides ronaldo

those r rare skills by il fenomeno

    /watch?v=X5Ah5VTcViA

    /watch?v=V92-xE7LfLk

    /watch?v=OL35_DwiR1k

  • @beeko99 check skills of Diego, Pelé, Cruyff, Van Basten and tell me if they can't do it.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, for example, also have those abilities.

not to mention Zinedine Zidane, the best player since Maradona.

"Ronaldo is also incredible, that thing of explosion. But Zidane is something apart. Playing beside him made me crazy. The fans used to go to the stadium 2 hours in advance just to watch him warming up" (Roberto Carlos)

  • @sennafanbr i watched all of those i have alot of matches of them but they all can't do any of ronaldo allien skills cr7 and r10 copy all ronaldo moves and tricks but no one can do it like him and ronaldo even got more

zidane is gr8 player but no one can reach ronaldo abillities get me one player more complete than ronaldo perfect skills perfect speed with and without the ball gr8 control , shoot with L & R ,the best finnishing , power and a good headers

no one as complete as il fenomeno

  • @beeko99 man, you're so boring! do your own video about your own opinion. the author tried to express his opinion about football players. i don't think you should agree but if you think Ronaldo was the best, so do your own video and stop bothering!

  • @simonekf so why he is keep arguing??!!

  • @beeko99 Ronaldo good header? If so, I am blind. The most complete striker ever was Marco Van Basten. Pelé the most complete player.

  • @rspblmno yeah i'm not saying that he is agr8 header he is only good watch this

    /watch?v=hs94IApMklE

and 4 pele he isn't fast and he can't dribble much with his left foot like ronaldo

van basten only good on the air and shoot he isn't that skillful he isn't a dribbler, so slow and even capello said that ronaldo is the best he trained and then van basten although he trained ronaldo only six months

  • @sennafanbr

    and y u lied when u said that u r brazillan u r argentinan

    u failed

  • @beeko99 I haven't lied. Iwas born in Argentina, and my whole family is from there. But i grew up and still live in Brazil for mor than twenty years.

  • which is - Lionel Messi - michael laudrup and Ronaldinho?

  • @lasse1604 All of them are in the Top 25. Read my description...

  • 12º eusebio?!?!!?!?!? lol you dont know nothing about football... better than eusebio (or not) just can be maradona or pele ((( CAN BE IN OPINION ))) 12º............ LOL

  • @meradeus you're portuguese and fan of Benfica, right? So, I respect your opinion. Really. Read the description, and you'll see that in fact Eusébio is 11th, but I leave the discussion open: there is no "truth" here. I could place Eusebio in any position from 8th to 11th, 'cause he was great, as good as Zidane, Van Basten and Best, slightly better than Platini, Matthews, Meazza. But, for me, he wasn't as good as Pelé, Maradona, Beckenbauer, Puskas, Di Stefano, Garrincha or Cruyff.

  • i do think Ronaldo deserves a place here, 3 times world footballer of the year, world cup all-time top scorer, and many more records

  • @anthony90123 read my decription. He is among the 25, and I said he could have a position around 13th...

  • 1 maradona

    2 cruyft

    3 pele

    4 puskas

maradona is the best in the hitsory.

    maradona, maradona, maradona

  • @Artaqof Maradona was good but he only had his high momment when he won the WC then he fell on decadence

  • @asneirinhaportugal gosh, he has played incredibly for Boca Juniors in 1981-82 season, and even better for Barcelona, from 1982 to 1984. Then he moved on to Naples, and won two Italian Championships (1986-87, 1989-90), one Uefa Cup (1988-89), one Italian Cup (1986-87) and was once the League Top Scorer (1987-88), how come he 'fell on decadence'?

  • @sennafanbr At my eyes he had high momment in the World Cup it's my opinion you're not going to change it

  • @asneirinhaportugal And I do not have any intention on changing it. In any moment I said he didnt have his highest moment in WC: it is the best moment of any player's career. But the point is: you said he went on "decadence" after that, what is incredibly wrong. Or, if he was 'falling', I'd lik to see how many decreased players could do all of that.

  • I personally miss Laudrup on that list and maybe Schmeichel, but that might just because of my red and white danish glasses :P

But a player i truely miss is Pavel Nedved.... I know he does not have the same format as many of the players on this list but every time he went on the pitch, he left sweat, tears and a pint of blood. Prolly not the greatest player, but I have never seen another player with more heart!

  • @BenHoganHawk Man, Laudrup is in my list of 25, check my description! About Schmeichel, he was the best goalkeeper I've ever seen, but I intended to have goalkeepers out of the list, just with an honour mention to Yashin. And about Nedved, yes, he was really great and heartful. One player I consider similar to him in this aspect is Carlos Tevez. I like Nedved, and I would surely put him among the 10 best of the last decade.

  • i agrree with the top 3

  • yeah italy arrived to the final thanks to his gol he had won the games alone as maradona had done in 86 he is my idol and i think his skills can easily be compared with players in top 10 classification

  • you missed roberto baggio

  • @Gurzetto91 I put him among the 25, according to my description. he was great, he was one of the players I loved the most while playing. He had a great WC in 1994, despite missing the penalty shot - it was not his fault Italy losing the game. Many great goals, an icon. Truly great.

  • Formation 4-1-3-2

    GK Dino Zoff

    McGrain, Baresi, Kohler, Maldini,

    Beckenbauer,

    Cruyff, Zidane, Maradona,

    Van Basten, Pele,

  • @primemoralesno1 Ah, Danny McGrain, he was a very fine full back, best in Britain, too often forgotten. I can't agree on Zoff though- Yashin, Banks, Schmeichel and Kahn i would rate clearly higher.

  • I`ll post my own team soon - keeping in mind it has to have a kind of balance as well as great players.....

  • @primemoralesno1

    mine is:

    4-3-3

    Yashin; Djalma, Passarela, Gamarra and Kroll; Beckenbauer, Maradona and Cruyff; Di Stefano, Pelé and Puskas;

  • @sennafanbr Krol in your XI, yes i really liked him. For some reason he and Passarella often get overlooked nowadays

  • @mizofan I often see people mentioning Nilton Santos, Roberto Carlos, sometimes Breitner, but for me Kroll was clearly the best, in that amazing WC in 1974.

  • @sennafanbr I loved that Holland total football team in 74, such a pity they lost the final.

  • Ronaldo the most complete striker ? hahahaha

No 8 on the video was the most complete striker EVER, Van Basten could head the ball, lethal with both feet, could score from inside or outside the box, excellent ball control, assisted in lots of goals & was just as comfortable scoring volleys & overhead kicks as he was tap ins.

There has never been a more complete centre forward in football history than Marco van Basten - FACT !

  • @primemoralesno1 I totally agree. Marco was amazing, much more complete than Ronaldo, Muller and Romario, and much more talented. Thanks for posting!

  • @primemoralesno1 I can't talk about football before 1973, but from that momment on I also think Van Basten has been the most complete center striker. But, in my opinion, in that position goal is all about and Gerd Müller is the most clever and biggest specialist and Ronaldo the most devastating and gifted. It's just a question of taste who of these three you prefer (for me Ronaldo, of course).

  • zidane is 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WHERE THE HELL IS CANTONA???!?!?!?

  • Franz Kaiser Beckenbauer 7th? I am having a laugh....

  • @Iliriani12 Take it easy, man. Actually, Beckenbauer is the 6th (Yashin is out)... So, why shouyld I consider him better than Puskas, Di Stefano or Cuyff - Maradona and Pele unarguable.

  • @sennafanbr

He was not better than Pele and Maradona, but arguably better than those others you have listed. He did not lead Germany once in second place, third place, and, and World Champion, as well as Vice and Euro Champion in 10 years timeframe. Also he won everything with FC Bayern Munchen. He excelled in defense and midfield, and also scored crucial goals. Tell me who has achieved this, and we will talk about. Ok, he is German and that must explain his position.

  • @Iliriani12 That's why I love list, of any kind: we can debate, discuss, in a high level, not needing to offend each other. So, according to what you've said, I guess that Cruyff (named best player and second place in '74 WC, won everything possible with Ajax plus a wonderful Spanish Championship with Barcelona, 3 times named best European player - the first to achieve it) and Di Stefano (no chances of playing WC, but the greatest ever in Real Madrid history, 8 National and 5 European Cups)...

  • @Iliriani12 Please, there's nothing related to his Germany-borning. Puskas: coming from Hungary, (where he couldn't call world's attention): he was alongside with Di Stefano, in the greatest RM of the history. He was captain and named best player of Hungary team in 54: 2nd place, Olympic gold Medal (when the players were all professionals, of any age) in 52. Top scorer of Hungary national team (the best average) in history. Played in 1962 for Spain, scored a goal wrongly set as offside...

  • @sennafanbr

Yes, I am for civil debate too. About him being German, I was referring to them being greatly underrated. Yes, they have been great for their clubs, but Beckenbauer stepped it up in the most important matches, and he did it in a greatly consistent way. The worst ranking his team achieved at the World Cup was third place in three World Cups with him being the absolute leader. How about Gunter Netzer, Lothar Matthaeus etc.. who are greatly underrated espacially the former?

  • @Iliriani12 do you Matthaus is better than Ronaldo, for example?

  • @sennafanbr They did not play the same position. Ronaldo was the most complete striker, whereas Matthaus was the most complete midfielder. Both are legends to this sport.

  • @Iliriani12 yes, they hadn't. but as long as you discussed cruyff vs beckenbauer, puskas vs beckenbauer, I thought you wouldn't worry comparing them. But calling both as the "most complete", I disagree: for me, Van basten and Romario were greater strikers than Ronaldo, and Zidane was more compete than Matthaus (assuming that Cruyff didn't have a specific position).

  • @Iliriani12 The player whom i've been really unfair in this list was Garrincha: 2 World Cups, having his performance in 1962 considered the best ever besides Maradona's 1986.

  • wheres ronaldinho?!?!!!thumbs up if you agree

  • not bad choices, not sure if you have something against the english but where the hell are Gordon Banks Stanley Matthews Tom Finney, no list is complete without them

  • @dke87 I ain't got nothing against british, don't get me wrng. I had put Charlton among the greatest, and Ive mentioned Stanley Matthews in the Top 25, read my description! Ghhers from Argentina!

  • zidan should at least be # 6 or something , Top 10 at least and where the hell is Ronaldo

  • Where is Zizinho??? He should be ahead of Maradona!!!

  • its difficult to put only 20 people, but i think Ronaldo (for me the top 5 strikers ever) should be in the list

  • it's called football, not soccor

  • ahahah!!! zidane number 11?!? are you kidding?

  • your list is complete BS

  • valla lista que as hecho laudrup es mil veces mejor que la mayoria de los que has puesto hay si no ñirate unos cuantos videos suyos y aprende

  • RONALDO AND MESSI?? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cool, Justo is here! Come watch my own list. Thanks for visiting it.

  • what a disgrace... Ronaldo the phenomenon not even in best 20? he is probably best ever! 3 times best footballers of the year... none better... greatest WC goal scorer of all time... 2 times WC champion, 1 time runner-up... only player that played in real, barca, ac and inter and score from each sides... a player who overcome 2 injuries, which should end carrier of many footballers... and that footballer is not in your 20 all time best? make me smile, sorry

  • @feenomeno sorry is what I say. Ronaldo can be among the 20, yes, I agree. But you are forcing a lot when you say maybe the best ever.

And remember: 3 times FIFA world player, but twice France Football golden ball.

And say that he is two times world champion with brazil is funny...

  • @sennafanbr

is it funny to be 2 times WC champion? ok, so pls why did you put into 20 Zidane, Romario and others? what did they do and ronaldo didnt? yeah, Ronaldo is a little better then rest of your list... he did everything that everyone on that list and did a few more then them... and all of this Ronaldo done with absence of 6 years cause of injuries.. so?

  • @feenomeno it's funny to have you using this is an argument. In 1994, Ronaldo DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, hw not even enter in the field for 30 seconds! Ronald has on his account one runner-up and one title, yes. Zidane does the same - and also is 3 times FIFA WOrld Player. More than ti]his, ZIzou was the MAIN PLAYER of Frace in 1998 and in 2006. Ronaldo had on his side many great players, specially Riivaldo (1998 and 2002) and Ronaldinho (2002) who were as important as Ronaldo in the championships.

  • @sennafanbr

Ronaldo was named best player of the WC 1998 and in 2002 he was the best scorer... and Zizou (for me 2nd best player of last 2 decade) in 1998? he was 2 times send off! he didnt even play last 32 and semi-final! if he didnt score 2 headrs in the final, noone would care about him at this WC! and even Ronaldo didnt play single minute 1994 WC title count:D and you have to not forget that Ronaldo before his first major injury had almost 1 goal / a game!

  • @feenomeno and concluding: Ronaldo had "1 goal per game" up to when he moved to internazionale. There, in the first two seasons (without injuries) his average went down significantly. And tell me: why has he NEVER been the Top Scorer/champion of Calcio? why has he never been top scorer or CHAMPION in Uefa Champions League? and check on Real Madrid 2002-2006' teams and see who was the main player ;) Even ronaldo admit Zidane is the great.
