As much as I am a tremendous fan of William/Steven Regal, he did his own career some serious disservices over the years with his drug abuse. Let us not forget this man holds the distinction of being the only person to pass out while signing his contract with Vince because he was so whacked out, and his KotR push was aborted because of failing a drug test as well. It seems he is as messed up personally as he is great in the ring.

Regals been one of the best heels in wrestling for years. And when he was given a push as a "face" and had heat with Triple H it really worked too. When he's let alone to do his arrogant and intense Englishman thing....man it works. He was great as King of the Ring, and whenever they go to England his pop is just huge. Like when he beat Santino for the IC Belt...the place exploded. He's technically amazing and can make anyone look good. He should win more and deserves a Championship push.

I really hope Regal gets dreafted to Fiday Night Smackdown. He, and lots of other great superstars don't get used to their full potential on Raw.
