@menmoi1 Yes I can imagine it was popular with the children. Perhaps you could have another go at capturing it sometime. There don't seem to be many good demonstrations of nauli kriya out there, especially of women whp practise it. Thanks again for some wonderful videos. It must be a bit odd at first "performing" in a shop window!
Awesome demo. Wonderful flexibility, control etc.
Was that a nauli kriya demo about to happen when she lifted her shirt about a quarter of the way in? I would love to see her demonstrate this.

@rolandsc yes it was. It didn't turn out ok in the video that's why I didn't include. That was most definitely a winner amongst the children...
