@dunkmack: Those type of Abortions are less than 1% and almost no one has a problem with those including me and if the laws changed those women could get it taken care of without the need of a Clinic.
so let me create a scenario, a woman gets pregnant and boyfriend leaves her to bring up child on her own.
the mother does not want the child and would not be able to care or look after it because of lack of money, time and has a full time job to pay the bills etc..
your saying it is more morally right to allow that child to suffer in poverty and malnutrition, than to end the UNBORN childs suffering and mothers stress, suffering etc..

Again the 3-exceptions I listed account for less than 1% of all Abortions in this country which means all of the Abortion Clinics would be shut down.
If most people agree with me why hasn't the laws changed? It's never been voted on. Prop-8 was overturned by a Gay judge even though the people voted for it but that will be fixed.
