@brokenthonqsz To be honest I don't think bra fitters know those facts. I've done a quite a bit of research on breast health and bras, and I think only a few sources mentioned that. It's not well know. I don't know if thats because its recent research, just not well know or only a small concern. Some sources say that a good bra actually maintains frimness, but I find that hard to believe. It's not practical or fun to avoid bras I heard one gynecologist say to do a good breast massage each month.

@brokenthonqsz Underwire bras are unhealthy because they don't allow the lymphanic system to work properly. It allows unhealthy toxins to collect in the breast tissue. (those facts may be slightly off or misspelled but thats the idea). It also doesn't allow the breast muscles to be used, so it causes the breasts to sagg at a faster rate.

Those problems can be overcome by regular breast massage and strength training the chest area. Also not wearing a bra every so often.

I have fairly small boobs but i use an underwire because i find it more comfortable. Definitely not unhealthy!
