I like FMP, but Fumoffu was kind of dumb. It was a bit too much Excel Saga/Lucky Star esque anime parody. Really could have benefited from some more serious plot.

I wonder when they'll continue the anime. The producers said that they'd continue the anime, once the manga was finished - but the manga finished last year, so I guess I shouldn't take long before they make som sort of announcement.

For those who were wondering about the mini-gun at the end, Sousuke did present Kaname a gun for her protection early on in the series. I guess she had finally accepted it.

By the end of the series, Kaname could tell that Sosuke would never do anything pervy to anyone. I laughed when Sosuke tried to explain how Tessa wound up in his bed, and she just shrugged it off and started yelling at Tessa.

FMP is such an underrated series. It is really one of the best shows out there. FMP! start a tad rough, but Fumoffu is an incredible comedy and The Second Raid is one of the greatest animes ever made in terms of story, art, character development, and plot.

@ParadoxNG yep sorry dude the original fmp was just a bad series. all of the non-humor material put me to sleep. gauron was a generic villain who took up too much screen time and the plot was basically phoned in. what mattered most was the dynamic between sousuke, kaname, tessa and the gang because they're funny, interesting, and carry the series with their personalities. that's what fumoffu was about and that's why i like it more than i'll ever like another s1 or 2nd raid.
