(2) It seems that Pam only wants to hear from constituents who express sentiments Pam agrees with. But, the Senator represents ALL constituents within her district and ALL of those constituents have a right to express their views and have them heard by their Senator, even if Pam would rather not have them heard.

I think that Pam disrespected the Senator's constituents and denied them access to their representative in the Senate. Senator Shaheen needs to fire her for her bad conduct.

As far as I can tell, Pam is a Sen. Shaheen staffer. Her job is to listen to the concerns of Sen. Shaheen's constituents and relay them to the Senator. It seems that Pam is personally put-off by the kinds of questions and concerns some of the Senator's constituents are posing, and she doesn't want to listen to them. That is not her call. She simply needs to listen and relay them to the Senator.
