where can I find the pronunciation of ALL the consonants with ALL the vowels ??

  • @mj71838 Hi. If you visit our website at Koreanclass101,com you can check the all four Hangul video under the video lessons. And you'll be able to fine new seires with more pronunciation and writing tips from February on Hana Hana Hangul video series : )

  • I want some cookies now

  • felt like im doing tongue twister :/

  • :( so confused..

  • why is that ㄱ writes g in english but sounds k in korean?

  • so are these alphabets?

  • @AidenRawrSaurus Hi. Those are comination of alphabets. For example, 고 has the alphabet ㄱ and ㅗ and each makes sound of 'g' an 'o'.

  • @koreanclass101 Oh okay, Thanks :>

  • @koreanclass101

Can you please type this in English?

ps. I love all of your videos! ^^

    아 야 어 여 오 요 우 유 으 이

A ya eo yeo o yo u yu eu i

I wish this would help you learn Korean : )

  • @koreanclass101 oh thank you so so much ^^

    This did help alot

    thank you again

  • I just want to reconfirm, but the really fast parts at the end, we should aim to be able to say them that fast?

  • @Lafemme17 No, you don't have to say it that much faster : ) The part is just for the practice.

  • @Lafemme17 if you read something in english, would you want to read them as slow as the speed youre reading korean at right now? you'd sound mentally challenged.. the focus is to keep reading them until you can say it as soon as you see it, after you get that down, focus on small words and do the same until you can say the word as soon as you see it, then do bigger words.

  • @Lafemme17 It is just for making you understand Korean letters better : ) You just need to read Korean as same as you read English. so, please don't worry about it.

  • Can you type this in English on my inbox please?

  • @MrAki3461

    I sent you a message : )

    Sorry :L

I really like these lessons! They help a lot!

  • @MirakuruDREAMx Thanks for the comment, Cookiee.

  • my reason for learning korean is not kpop...highly interested in mongolian languages and culture...after korean i,l pick up chinese...

  • I think you should learn what every letter of the alphabet is and what it sounds like before looking at this video...I didn't get it the first time but now I find that its reinforcement.

  • @witnessinglife I agree with you. There should be many shortcuts to learn, but learning basic is the best way to improve.

  • yay! its working :)

  • hahaha

it is relly funny when it gets fast

  • what's the first 20 letters? i understand that the last 10 letter are the vowels. i just don't know what the first 20 are.

  • gracias por el ejercicio pero me gustaria si pudieras colocarle la romanizacion , gracias.

  • SO DIFFICULT!!! But I'm determined to get it.

  • Hahahahahaha

    I'm laughing soooo hard!

  • My brain just wont keep up lol!! Fun trying tho. XD

  • sounds like shes saying cookies xD

  • So, in words, all the vowels with two short lines sound like they have a "y" in the front, right?

  • @dawolffreak watch busyatomdotcom's videos on how to actually read individual korean letters. I think it will help you if you actually see what letter is paired up with what sound

  • успех !!!

  • dang, im already learning korean!! imma go to south korea!

  • omo...im getting it...finallyyyy.....

  • It's funny ! I love it !

  • COOL! its so easy and fun! :D

  • WHAT THE EEFF .

    :D

  • 1:28 AYAYAOUUOUUOUUUEEE

  • @imJUNN Lolz

     xDDD

  • what the hell..............is it chanting at the end?i think the speaker is just boasting to us how excellent is her korean-.-

    IN YOUR FACE!zzzzzzzzz

  • I like how it's arranged into a song .. kind of XD ..bc then it's easier to learn =]

  • so confusing and hard i rather learn how to speak then write :)

  • Koreanclass101 do you read textbooks and recommend any? I want to use Elementary Korean by Ross King and Jae-

    Hoon-Yeon is it good?

  • Although I do like KoreanClass101's vocabulary things like when they talk about the kitchen and naming things in the kitchen and their podcasts.

  • busyatomdotcom is way better because he explains it and you get practice with him and it is always free.

  • doing it really fast at the end does not really help the learner

  • hard imao^^

  • 0.O what have i gotton myself into

  • damn this is hard.

  • I would help if in the 2nd part of this video series that it would introduce what these new symbols are before the vowels so we know exactly what we are trying to say.

Perhaps i have it all wrong, but i am really not learning here what each symbol represents in the english language? Shit i am even starting to confuse myself here!??? is what i am saying even making sense?

  • whoa, that was FAAAST !

  • O_O Wow so fast, I guess I better go practice.

  • lol oo yu is milk rofl

  • the ending made me crack up.

    thx kclass101!

  • you should write ti in English so we say it right

  • Wow! Good job at the end there!!

  • i'm sooo confused!!! what does all of these mean?

  • There are consonants and vowels and when you put them (the symbols) together they form different sounds. It helps to first look at an alphabet chart for beginners.

  • demn.. wanna learn so bad..

but i think this is gonna take me a while to learn..

  • the end is such a tongue twister!!!

  • hahah these are so fun! XD

  • what does that mean?

  • I think they are the vowels and consonants ?

  • Hahahaha, That's so great!!haha!

  • they all sound the same!! HELP ME!!

  • haha, maybe I can help. If you play the video, the first is "ga" you pronounce the "a" like "father". Then it's "gya". Then it's "geo" you pronouce "eo" like a cross between "oh" and "pot". then it's "gyeo". then it's "go" pronounced like "go!". then gyo. then "gu" pronounced "moon". then "gyu". then "geu" pronounced kinda like what a zombie sounds like (do your best) then "gi" pronounced like "feet". :)

  • well it is pathetic.... since im korean..T.T

  • lool!!

  • dude the vowels are so confusing!

  • haha oh~ yeah!! XP i already know how to read something lol

  • lol my mouth has a hard time pronounciing it all correctly its fun but difficult in a sense lol idk i will try a little though

  • it is interesting and fun, hopefully i'm learning something!!!

  • damn it, it makes me laugh =( I am hopeless, will never learn it like that...

  • Im learning so i actually understand what my oppa's are saying in Star King or some TV shows haha and i dont need english subs haha <3 super junior dbsk shinee big bang wondergirl!! fighting for me and them haha

  • Thank you!

BTW, I'm learning this language just because of one person which I like a lot! (kim bum) <3

  • ahh!! the ending was so fast for me lol

i really hope i can one day talk fast in korean =)

  • these videos are great ! thanks a lot!

but PLEASE don't change the fonts of the characters, it's confusing when it comes to writing or understanding what I'm reading.

  • wait.. what is this for ? the first one was for ?

  • hey can you put the think in english like the first one

  • quite fast ~

  • It's funny when say fast! :D LOL

Thank you veru very much!!!!!! *-*

  • its easier to remember if its like 나 and 냐 ㅑ if it has 'ㅑ' then its easier to remember that it has a sound of the Y, 아 ah 야 yah its easier to remember!

  • lol thats funny

  • ^.^ im feeling the same!

  • yeah right! lol oppa here i come!

  • lol, that's like the main reason I'm learning Korean! I'm having kinda fun learning korean though! ^_^

I'm sad that there's no korean language course at my school =(

  • i know they should have that available. more languages i tell ya. hahaha

  • kuki! XD

  • so fast O_O omg

  • this is helpful thank you :)

  • whats the difference in sound between ae and e?

  • there's a subtle difference, and like, i guess ae is pronounced like "eh(with a little emphasis on the vowel) and e is just regular e. hope that helps..

  • some times its the same but the best way to explain it is

    *more like...

ae -> like 'ay'/'ei' sound when saying letter A in alphabet.

e -> like 'eh' as in word [E]nter.

But at other times 'ae' and 'e' make same sound. Depends on word/situation.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

  • I believe you are right about that.

  • the ae is a more streched out e, (like the word "why" in korean, WAE its like saying only wa- from the english word "way", and the normal e, is just a short e (:
