Do i need a patch to play this game, i have it on DVD (real one for ps2) and do i just put in my computer and press Run cd/dvd?

Nevermind, I got it working by using the EFP Iso CDVD Driver 0.6.0 and then selecting path to the iso file and then booting from cd in emu, Earlier I used another plugin, started the Iso file with daemon tools and then booted from cd in the emu, An advice is not to do that :) Always use EFP Iso CDVD Driver 0.6.0, go to config/cdvdrom, select the iso file for the game you wanna play and then File/Run - Cd/DVD

Yeah I'm currently using the Zerogs plugin, Works quite well for most games. Though I've downloaded budokai 3, PAL version, Don't know if it's US or EU, Can you check that somehow? Well anyways, When I start the game with version PCSX2 0.9.2 (All the right plugins and bios), The game crashes after I select do not save when starting a new game, I also tried saving, But the same thing happens, It just shuts down.
