Hi, I am Sonika Sharma from Koenig. Please allow me to step-in and state the following facts :Mr.Charles Mayes had originally booked for the CCVP course starting on 26th May. He could not attend the same because he did not have the Indian visa in time for the flight. Koenig transferred his booking to the CCVP course starting on 23rd June at no extra cost to him although Koenig has borne loss because of this rescheduling.
I never forget my experiance at Koeing Solutions, New Delhi. The staff very friendly and helpful.
