Well, the wedding suits were only for the NPCs and the people who were getting married, and that event has already passed. I'm not completely sure about King Alteon's armor, but I'm guessing it'll be reserved for him alone 'cause he's the KING. The 0:24 armor may be available, but if so, not anytime soon.
