  • You spilled some blueberry juice or something..

  • 1.50-1.55 = You don't now what this is... do you?

  • RUFKDM.

  • publishers and developers shouldnt get money for used games, they already sold a copy at full price! Its not their bussines to tell you if you should sell your game or not.

  • inb4 ban

  • I don't have a problem with them banning someone for this. It's a business, if he wants to troll he go on on 4Chan.

  • gamefly and short periods of time? Gamefly lets you keep it for as long as you want :P

  • @darkfire916 games

  • @darkfire916 Gamefly is for idiots. Just work and buy games you want.

  • yes 12 + sucks

no gore, no blood, no women, rude language :)

only 11 year old have a right to, is extreme violence on tv and in videogames.

    Whatever happened to mammies titties?

U can always prove your age, come on, besides, don't go telling you are 12 when u are not.

He was asking for some kind of reaction, well he got it, i am sure he can get back to playing.

If not, well , take action. hehe lol

SWtor has the right to do whatever they please, this is 2012, where capitalism reigns supreme.

  • i thought that was a stain on your jacket for half the video

  • i love you. Dennis? is that your name? I've watch every video of your updates!

  • Publishers and companies certainly do get money from rentals and systems like Gamefly. how do you think Gamefly got the games they rent out? When people buy their games they have to buy new ones from the Companies.

Is it as much as people buying the game? That's not as clear cut. You could argue that Gamefly actually brings in more money since people will try games they don't normally do.

  • I think these force feeds, which i like now, would be even better with some background music. Just saying

  • Why game producer shoule even get anything from transaction made by GameStop??? Game producer already sold their game! You don't pay Toyota every time you trade their cars. You pay for it only once.

  • @pacinpm2 but its not you who is paying for the game twice, it's two different people. If I buy my copy of Skyrim used from you rather than new from Bethesda, that's sixty dollars they will never get, and two players who recieved total twice the entertainment value for the same cost. It still doesn't seem quite right, to reuse your car analogy, you're not expected to pay Toyota for cars bought on the used market, nor to always buy new. Of course, games and cars are totally different

  • The problem also gets worse when one game trading company does business with another. If a game was stolen and then pawned it may be difficult to impossible to play the same game without a new purchase. We may need a more direct method. Some way that certifies you purchased from a middle man the game.

  • Kids these days are growing up so fast...

  • Dennis

    Nice cheesing.

    Regards

    -G

  • Force's name is Dennis?!?!

  • Wait!?!?! I thought that Microsoft Points were the global currency!!!

  • mw3's map doesn't remind me of a bf3 map at all o.O

  • Bio ware suspend your account yet?

  • HAHAHA Force is now 11 years old... how is he gonna play d3.

  • Bioware: Oh shit, He's only 11 years old!

    BANNED.

  • the gamefly thing is stupid. gamefly purchased those copies. so yes the developer got something out of it.

it's just like blockbuster buying a million copies of something and then lending them out, the developer doesnt get anything from the rental...but that copy was already sold so it doesnt matter.

  • BAND FORCE!!!

    lol

  • @Force

I'd like to point out that the companies like gamestop and Ebgames make most of there money off the used game market. You mentioned that "looking from a business standpoint it makes sense"but in all actuality it doesn't. If these game stores stop selling used games more then likely they are going to start going out of business and/or close down many stores. This would be not only bad for the supplier like the manufacturing game companies but also the customers, namely us.

  • 1:54 It looks exactly like the Coins from Pirates of the Caribbean 1

  • banned? ok

    but forever?

maybe only on 1 year lol

  • I'm not sure about the legality here. Bioware is not in control of parenting, and the rating system is for parents to make educated decisions when purchasing a game for their children. Anyone have the swtor agreement handy for me to take a look at?

  • It is just a company protecting themselves from liability. I doubt BioWare actually believes he/she is 12 but if he/she was, then they could face huge problems for not banning him. I wonder how well "It is a common meme on the internet so we didn't take it seriously" would go as an explanation to a Judge. Still feel sorry for the person though...

  • Oh come on, someone was having some at Bioware and went trolling the forms. I can't imagine they were serious, they just knew they could justify it to their superiors.

  • I'm glad that kid got banned for saying that. It shows Bioware enforces even the smallest rules which makes me happy :D and it keeps the annoying fucks out of the game :)

  • Bioware did the right thing. If he is 12 then the Term of use, says this game is for noone under the age of 13. Then you cant play. When your 17 trying to by beer its just not gonna let you, because it has set rules...What else would you expect?

  • @Ahmintar Yeah but its a meme, if i go "ima firin my lazor" to a police officer, is he gonna arrest me because its illegal to use fire arms where im from ?. No that would be stupid, Bioware who are an internet based company shouldnt be this harsh to a joke...

  • @Ahmintar So, im living in Germany and here SWTOR is age restricted to 12 Years old.

Maybe he was from Germany and just posted in the English forums like many of us do, because they are more populated.

  • I think bioware did good, that kid wont feel to be a hero next time he posts something like that. If a company has their terms, you should not fool around. :) Well done Bioware!

  • Force, you dont have to buy MS points in stores :P You can buy MS points with a credit card aswell on Xbox Live, and some purchases such as games can be bought with money, but I agree, its unnecessary.

  • @ZonixZ59706090 Its unfortunate to people without a credit card or way to buy online material though

  • @TheBalfrog

Yup, imo the extra currency is just ridiculous indeed, but I guess it would be good if there was there as a secondary currency, I mean for steam games for instance, you should be able to buy for real money in the steam store, but outside the store you can buy points or "cash cards" to be redeemed on steam. Same with Xbox I would think.

That would be much better, than to have a complete currency everywhere on Xbox Live.

  • fkin bioware...really dumb move by them

  • @dimitriuss Bahaha you = 13 or younger.

  • @YetiRSVlogs uhh actually im 18 and even if i was 13 thats not a pretty rude response :\

  • haha, when u said "no u know what im not gonna try to justify this" I laughed so hard :D BW is ridiculous with the banstick

  • Well what i think about all this gamefly stuff is very important because I am always right and ill get to that soon

but first lets get to the real point. This guy named Jorge is really a hispanic! do we really want him playing our American games...... I didn't think so. Please every one never listen to this man he's shouldn't even have an Xbox he should go back and play the Wii like a real toonoolb

Thank you for listening to me cry

9/11 was an inside job. Ron Paul for president.

    the n word

  • Force actually has a name. I'm shocked.

  • If the information gets out that Bioware allows possible minors to create an account, after posting an age restriction, Bioware is then held legally responsible! To the muppets and future muppets that get banned for this reason, they deserve the ban and shouldn't start complaining. Bioware may take this as a joke but are FORCED to act! I agree that legislation is flawed and at times "a little bit ridiculous", however Bioware as a game producing company and must comply!

  • Force if I can suggest don't put that text box in front of your face, it looks weird there, put it underneath or to one side, or fill the whole screen with it.

  • Microsoft is actually losing more business from the incopetence of providing the xbox live service to all its customers IMO. I recently got my xbox 360 and you wouldnt believe the poop I had to go through to make an xbox account from a country that doesnt officially support the service not to mention making a purchase (didnt happened). ....oh well, I guess my bad for living in a different solar system....

  • @cmudo18 Please tell me the Solar System thing was sarcasm xD

  • U turned twelve during the video? Happy birthday :D

  • They could...attempt to pass a ridiculously over powered bill making it illegal to resell any object you buy? Sounds good riiight?

  • NO LAUGH.OR DING DONG BANNU.

    END OF RINE.

  • nice beard 4 a 11 year old force ;)

  • burn every psycícal copy! Digital distribution for the win !

  • Force how can't you have heard of BioDrones?

  • Lame meme is lame... Also don't expect everyone to know a meme you are using.

  • @ForceSC2strategy Could you *please* link to the Darksiders 2 video used in the Force Feed? (link in the description goes to another video with Death)

  • Man... There are some fucking idiots in Bioware's 'community support' staff. I really hate net corner dictators :/ I mean, they have this tiny amount of power and they absolutely have to use it. I remember doing that when I was 13 years old and someone gave me control over a chatroom, but since then I've grown up, which is what I suggest the prick forum admin at Bioware should do.

  • They should concentrate more on the digital copy part that works perfectly (steam)

  • i don't know how publisher and developers can fight without fucking our ass, but they need to keep trying, one day they will get the right

  • Dear Bioware, this guy that has been ganking me all the time in pvp is 12...im not just saying this so his account gets banned or anything...0=) *btw im older than 13 if he tries to say im not*

  • Comment removed

  • Force,Y U NO BLINK!?

  • i forsee a lot more skyrim lets play after this joke xD

  • Microsoft points where designed to add an extra degree of separation between the process of buying stuff and the realisation in the consumer that they are actually parting with money. Internet shopping in general already makes ppl spend more as it doesn't seem like "really" spending money, but converting money into "points" first is overkill. The only reason they would discontinue this system is if it backfired for some reason e.g. ppl checked if they had enough points to buy rather than enough$

  • I used to watch only TGS news, but Force is getting pretty good :) keep up the good work !

  • fml I didnt even have a ball-fro at 11

  • rofl at bioware...shows alot how disconnected modern companies are from reality

  • nice beard for an 11 year old lol

  • If this is true (the bioware thing), and there is every chance that it it just someone trolling, then for all those people looking to close their SWTOR accounts (I am soon, just realised that I am slipping back into those dark WoW days), don't just unsubscribe, email Bioware with your details and tell them you are 12.

  • Dennis: "Hello Bioware, I am Dennis Duhamel. I have a SWtoR account, and I am 11 years old." I laughed soooooooo hard at this. Lol

  • @xshymex i did to :P

  • dam it takes me almost a year to grow a bit of face hair and he looks like that at the age of 12 :P

  • Rather than fight used video game sales with this asinine 'online pass' horseshit, why don't they fight the used game market by making games that don't suck. I'm not going to sell a game to gamestop if it's actually good.

  • I think they got every right to ban that kid for being under age 13 it's there game and they can do what ever they want with it. I think he should be able to play it but if bioware don't like it that this kid is using there service then we really don't have any right to say otherwise.

  • The game has a rating and guidelines for a reason 12 years old is too young for swtoro he should be outside or studying thank you bioware for banning a child

  • @TitanStarcraft2 Ppl do get that he wasn't actually 12?

  • newtons third law is the most important one coz it has phisilostifical implications. Now this means if you are pushing the wall its actualy pushing you equially and opositically. For example this means if you have sexs with the women without concent shes actually equially havin da sexs with you so that turns the whole justice system upside down coz you dont know who did it then? maybe yo mum actually forced me maybe she got me pregnant?

  • Nice video. +1 youtube money

  • I think the thing about the age may be a tricky issue for Bioware. To allow that user may have consequences for them...anyway, don't go around saying you're 12...

  • Did everyone in the world seriously get dumber? The guy that supposedly got banned was faking it... There have been so many fake posts about being banned on the swtor forums...

  • The silence from dr who is in darksiders 2?

  • Great Channel. Congrats

  • Force, that is a beautiful Polo shirt.

  • does everyone forget about the incident and some of the trouble they got in for mass effect having the female shepard and asari relationship and lets not forget all the underage children who thinks it fun to give death threats use racial slurs and cuss to high heaven so yeah i dont think they want to have to deal with an parent crying to news stations and trying to inact a law suit saying it scarred my child again

  • How can anyone not benefiting directly from the war on used games be justifying it? It's disgusting, their greed has no limit. How can people accept to buy something they will not own and thus won't be able to sell? Next time you buy a game simply think of it as a rent...

  • So... I heard that you just turned eleven... Want some candy?

  • this just made me not buy swtor, its ok to have an age restriction but still, shouldnt it be 18

  • SWTOWNED.

  • bioware are nazies

  • as far a the xbox points, it can do one thing. act as a buffer so that if, say, someone hacked xbox live and tried to steal credit card number all they would get is xbox live card number. Which would be mostly used anyways. Like ps3 network, expect a hack job once they get phased out.

  • I like getting naked and farting on my dog.

  • I counted like 2 minutes where he didn't blink WTF force you are out of this world

  • force doesnt need to blink.. his micro is good enough without it

  • tomorrow force will find an email in his inbox stating that he is perma banned from swtor :P

  • Force should get banned from SWTOR he is not 13 ;) lmao

  • its pathetic to require a gamecode for a console game. Sorry but if u disagree, ur a monopolistic moron.

  • @SoulCharter I don't agree with console game codes either but I think just as disgusting is the used game market. I remember when Game Stop first opened in my town, the company itself was fairly young and you could go in and find incredible deals on used games. Now as the idea of used game stores has gotten more popular the companies have gotten more greedy. Now they are marking used games as new and charging near if not full price.

  • what a newb. that fucker deserved to get banned.

  • Well Force, the thing is: as a consumer I dont have to look at it from a business perspective. Not saying that they are screwing me over, but if a corporation is trying to screw me over it wont get my money, no matter how much sense it might make for them to do that. What you are doing is apologising in their place. Online passes suck, no matter how you look at it. But it only matters when it affects you.

  • BioWire is the worst company nowdays. Not to mention swtor is worst mmorpg of 2012.

  • although this might raise some prices slightly, it would make things simpler for the average gamer and makes everyone generally happy. if the developer of the game added into the copyright "if resold or rented, this % of money made goes to us."

  • In order to combat piracy, I actually do think the online passes are a step in the right direction. But the convenience of services like GameFly are too alluring to pass up so I think developers should work with them instead of against. Maybe work out a deal that for ever game they rent out, they get royalty payments. As for online, they should have a rent online pass option. New games have a code for perma use while renters pay X amount for Y duration.

  • Force is so beast he doesn't need to blink... EVER

  • Bioware be trolling hard and got everyone

  • It is through an admission of fact... even if it may have been a joke. I think Bioware would be criticized if they allowed someone who was under aged to continue to play.

I'm not sure what the legal ramifications would be but it must be scary enough to force their hand like that.

From what I've learned through my job. People can be people but the law is a robot, if you can understand that?

  • @tbarcode No dude, the law isn't a robot. The law is judged upon so that it reflects the spirit and not just the word of the law.

  • @CuriousMoth When I read statute they word it to try and only get one meaning. Case law defines the grey areas (which help define the nature of the statute).

I don't know the full story but in light of no other evidence to suggest the boy is not 13 what can they do? If he now says he's not 13 how can Bioware find him credible after what just happened because of his initial disclosure?

There is 'spirit' or 'nature' of the statute but from my experience it's not THAT flexible...

  • @tbarcode The burden of proof would now be on the boy to prove to Bioware that he is the required age.

  • @tbarcode They can... ask him? Banning him doesn't exactly make it easy for him to defend himself, but asking him and giving him maybe a week to reply is much more reasonable.

This really isn't some law based thing, this is just some troll forum admin getting a hard on whenever they get a chance to ban someone. A rational human being would ask a simple question, while an utter cunt would ban first and not even bother to ask questions at all, the latter being what Bioware's staff did.

  • @CuriousMoth Fair call but at the same time (looking at it prima facie) the kid said it to illicit a reaction and he got one... like my boss always says "You don't poke the bear. Some times it won't care but know it can tear your head off."

I'll be honest I get a bit biased towards ppl who push the boundaries for the sake of taunting, (was it a taunt? I dunno) but I'm a bit draconian like that.

And thanks for the discussion and not getting BM on me :P

  • @tbarcode Then maybe Bioware ought to replace their staff with bears, they'd do just as poor a job and I don't think there's a minimum wage for animals ;)

  • by the way Force, what do you think of games with "system link" that only allows 1 player per Xbox/TV? that was the big "shocker" when a group of friends and me tried to play mw3 off line on system link, there was no multiplayer :V

  • Why is it that the top comment ALWAYS has a spelling or grammar mistake in it?!?

  • Did know today was ugly sweater day today...

  • 11 and already hit puberty...ownd

  • WHAT THE HELL now I'm confused, did you have a birthday during the video?!?!?! xD

  • Force wtf, I didn't know you're only 11!

  • you have a gravy stain on your shirt bro

  • Lol I saw that post on reddit. Everyone knew it was fake don't get fooled by this

  • I think you misunderstood, bioware must love jokes because that was funny as heck.

    I think they're trolling us.

  • Staring contest!!! O shit I lost again.

  • GET HIM OUT OF MY SIGHT!!! 11 and already doing face cam videos?! WHAT HAS COME OF TODAY'S YOUTH? Lol

  • Force you said "online internet". LOL

  • garauharuhagurharuh ive just bin force feed! :D

  • @drkracoon I'm 12 and what the actual fuck did I just read.

  • Blinking is for the weak.

  • hahahaha gotta love you force :))

  • I'm 87 what the hell is this?!

  • Microsoft, please keep the microsoft points system, its not rocket science, its just like itune cards, if u do change it, ill stop buying

  • damn i thought he had a huge stain on his shirt for a minute there.

  • Force is the oldest looking 11 year old ive ever seen...

  • memes are dumb as hell anyway. i think its pretty funny that dude got nailed.

  • Force is awesome xD

  • And Bioware bans Force just for the funz

  • LOL I HOPE YOU GET BANNED. IT'LL MAKE ME FEEL BETTER QUITTING SUCH A TERRIBLE GAME AFTER A WEEK OF GAMEPLAY

  • inb4 force gets banned

  • Lol Force your sardonic humor it awesome keep it up man

  • i bought my FIFA from gamefly and without sending the game back i got the code and the case in mail.

  • Force i know you didnt wash your shirt...just put that top on;)

  • 1. MSP should stay simply because you can already use a credit card to purchase things strait from your xbox and all that getting rid of MSP will do would be make it so that you cant gift someone a MSP card and people who dont have a creditcard on their account cant buy DLC's without them

    2. If they continue with there "Need a code to play online" it should say that on the cover of the game no Puts game in console>Goes to play multiplayer>Gets hit by truck>Need code>waisted $10-$60 its unfair.

  • They should resell and rent out their own games, that way players can get online while they have it and they still get money.

  • Hello Dennis, I'm a gm from BioWear, you are banned :P jk

  • Ding Dong Bannu!! Biowaru Groriousry bannu dat Chird!

  • He said he was 11 and 12 which is it force!

  • I think it's awesome bioware banned some 4chan scum.

  • This dude is high all the time.

  • Like the new attitude keep it up

  • Force you have a stain on your shirt :/

  • @constipationnow It's a man on a horse o.o a logo if you will.

  • its a legal liability

  • For the love of god. BLINK! Was is not researched !?

  • @solesurv blinking is overrated!

  • they should up the age limit to 16-17 years and ban everyone below. that would make the game so much better :) (rage inc?:P)

  • Lmao Bioware really..?

  • If I'm going to be locked out of a game's multiplayer its going to be because I pirated that shit. I'm sure as fuck not going to be punished for asserting my rights as a capitalist to make the most sound economic choice.

  • HOBO STD FONT <3

  • businesses like gamefly and gamestop should pay the developers a small amount for each rental or used game purchase. That way you could both play online with a rental and the developers would get more money to spend on making their games better.

Overall from the consumer perspective, you might get a small increase in price but you'll get a better service and quality game.

  • @fuglypump in a perfect world

  • @fuglypump Can't since they paid to get those games. The games you rent at gamefly have been bought by gamefly so that would be stupid, same stuff for used games, when you sell your game at Gamestop, it's gamestop's money, not publishers' money. So the developpers are just being greedy as f*ck. Console gamers will have to get used to it, it's been like this for ages on PC.

  • STOP TALLLKIINNNNNNNNNNNG LIKE TAHT

  • I hope they unbanned the guy otherwise this is stupid on Bioware's part.

  • developers could have temp 30 min online passes for people that do rent from online services to see if they can lure in players to buy the real game.

  • force buddy what class do u play in swtor??

  • Lets hope Bioware doesnt press [6] if watching this video :)
