  • LMAO! "It'll rip your torso off and that's not optimal." Thanks for the awesome video!

  • I love your videos and THANKS A LOT for the time you take to explain.

I would like to purchase your instructional vidoes burt COULDN'T find them anywhere.

Please direct me where I can purchase them.

What do you think of the CROSSFIT swing? based on what you said, I am sure you find awful.

    Thanks again

  • but what about Valery Fedorenko's kettlebell swing ?Is he doing it wrong?

  • @alikemountain No, Valery uses a style called 'Girevoy Sport' whereas this video pertains to Hardstyle. Both are perfectly valid and just serve different purposes. I think it would be safe to say Valery is a master of his form.

  • great video thanks a lot !!!

  • I am brand new to KB and learning from a great RKC. Your videos are super helpful. Sometimes it just takes that right phrase for something to click. I was struggling with the exhale breath. My brain was just not connecting that it's the strength of that sharp breath that really pushes the "lock" to the next level. I wasn't using the breath as a tool, but almost as an after effect. (I'm at the top, so exhale sharply.) Your tip helped me flip it and I had the "ah ha" click I needed. Thanks!

  • wow , what a nice video , everything you said was just valueble information , and the glutes as the engine and abs as the break make me understand alot more!!! i just have a question , so i use my engine(glutes/hips) to swing the kettlebell up , and break(abs) to stop it from swinging it too high, but when i come back down do i use the abs to slow it down , or just let it swing as hard downwards , then use hips to swing it back up?

sorry for my poor english , im still learning

    thank you

  • @wheneva Just let it go on the way down. I'll maintain a certain degree of tension so I don't get pulled over, but don't try to slow it down. Think of hiking it back like a football.

  • Top Stuff Jordan, thanks for your excellent tuition, I have only just realised that my aching on the inside of my elbows in the hinge area after snatching is related to my "pulling " on the bell.

You have just switched the lights on for me mate !! semper Fi

  • @chibluth Thank you sir.

  • awesome vid Jordan... the swing with rubber bands was a first for me...man, what a great teaching aid and feedback, I don't think I ever felt such a good HS lockout untilI tried that drill.

  • Awesome that you're putting this on YouTube for free Jordan! Very classy move man and much appreciated.
