The M25 is a motorway, not a freeway. You only have freeways in the USA. Also you are a hogging the overtaking lane which is not good behaviour on a motorway.

Not once did he have the sense to move over. Instead he continued to drive on the outside lane. I wonder if he's ever realised other motorists on the road behind him? I wonder if he's ever noticed other motorists having to under-take him in order to get past? I wonder if he suddenly developed lane discipline when it was time to turn off?

Ok firstly remember I'm only 15 so I can't drive yet. But most people stay in the fast lane for their whole journey, just a point I'm making ofcourse everyone does not do it.
