This is the beginning of a new law in the coming years. Considering the clean air act (CAT) and the accidents taking innorcent lives every year, all cars to be banned, I see police rides in a bmx bikes and other riders "NOT DRIVERS" will be riding bikes. As a part of enforce speed, cops will be given bikes with gears and civilians will only ride with bikes does not have gears.
