actually this is the trick to kiting... keep the healer way in front of you and just run forward... and keep using thunder clap and taunt... dont walk backwards at all, just run forwards.. its worked for me

Shattrah is needed for quests in the 65's, although you could just not do them.

You can fix your framerate issue by lowering your video settings.
